Welcome to our Cottage : It has been refashioned to embrace the beautiful landscape that Camp Fl is. It’s Nestled between Lake Grassy & SR27 in Central Fl Voted "Most Interesting Town" . Known for its 30+ Lakes and Bass Fishing, Murals ,Ecological Beauty, & wildlife , Enjoy your stay at our picturesque gated and secure park. Amenities : Heated Saltwater Pool, Gym, Boat Ramp@ Grassy lake , Tennis courts, Clubhouse, Sun and swim at the pool. Bring your boat, kayak, canoe or Jet Ski (private dock and beach). Enjoy the spectacular lake views
The space:
1 Bedroom (Queen) (Extra Linen) 1 Bath Shower (Towels &Accessories) . Spacious Kitchen & Counter/Storage space with full size Cabinets ,Appliances & Utensils to cook your own meals . Living Room with IKEA Sleeper sofa . .FREE Internet/Wifi Comcast.

Guests park in the driveway right out front, making it very easy unload your luggage when you arrive.
We provide bath towels to use during your stay and all accessories for cooking meals
Lake , Pool and clubhouse is a short drive .

Guests will have access to the on-site community clubhouse which includes billiards, ping pong and darts, as well as a year-round outdoor pool and tennis courts. We even have tennis rackets inside the home for you to use.


The outside gazebo provides shade and comfort for those hot summer days where you can just sit back and enjoy

Camp Florida is filled with activities to share with your neighbors.

Tennis , shuffleboard courts on site as well.

Please feel free to bring your Boat/Jetski and enjoy “LAKE GRASSY " ON SITE!! PRIVATE BOAT RAMP!!
We are either 90 minutes away from Sarasota , Ft Myers beaches (WEST COAST) or (Atlantic Ocean) .We are also 90 minutes away from "Orlando" .We are centrally located so it's easy to visit Disney World/Orlando, Seaworld, Cypress Gardens, Busch Gardens/Tampa or Ft. Myers. Use our own lake or 28 other lakes and 5 golf courses, right here in Lake Placid.
There are numerous wildlife viewing activities at Lake Grassy
Whether its fishing , skiing or something else there's plenty of Action Packed Adventures to do for the sports enthusiast in you. If your thing is just to hang out and rest ,feel free and have a great day!

Home away from home

The property was neat, clean, and comfortable. The park had lots of amenities and was conveniently located. I will definitely stay there again.

Excellent

Adorable cottage in a quiet community. It was perfect for my stay. I'd definitely stay here again, and would recommend it, especially for families looking for activities in a safe environment. Unfortunately I didn't get to experience the wonderful amenities during this trip, but the pool looked very inviting:)

Perfect Spot - Amazing Host!!

This was the perfect stay! The place is extremely well kept with all of the amenities you would need. The community has a pool and pool house with activities and lake access. The host was extremely attentive and even came to help when we accidentally locked ourselves out. You won’t regret booking this property! I can’t say enough great things about it.

Perfect for what we needed!

We chose to stay in Camp Florida with the plans of visiting my brother in Lake Placid and having easy access to travel to either coast to enjoy the beaches. The unit was lovely and just the right size for my spouse and I and my daughter who comfortably slept on the sleeper sofa. Because we were on the go, we did not use many of the amenities on the property, but we certainly saw all of them. Everything in the unit and on the property is sparkling clean. Because there had been heavy rains, the small beach area on Grassy Lake was underwater, but we did wade and enjoy the lake. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for repairs during our stay, which was a surprise to us. The unit owner, Nestor, went out of his way to compensate us for that. He does not live on property, so some things are out of his control, but he is immediately responsive and could not have been nicer with any questions or requests we had. You can tell he takes pride in the property and in hosting VRBO guests. I would absolutely rent this same property again. Very enjoyable!!

The property is well maintained and beautiful. A grocery store is a few minute walk away which is convenient. The property owner is easy to contact if you have any questions or issues during the stay.
