This property was super clean and well furnished. Several days were "pool" days and a great way to relax. Minutes from the access to the beach. Quiet part of town makes this property your own oasis. Great vacation

The place was great for a large family with kids. Pool was great and the beach was an easy walk for everyone in the family.

We were in Cocoa Beach for a baseball tournament with our grandson. This house accomodated us easily. Plenty of room in dining room, bedrooms, living room and of course the pool and tiki bar was our favorite! Very nice pool! My h husband and I, 2 grandsons and son/DIL. The setup was perfect, everybody had their own room. Communication was great before and during our stay with the host. If we come back, definitely will stay there again. Oh and about 3 blocks from ocean.

We really liked the house. It was spacious and comfortable. Backyard with Tiki bar and the pool was a hit and well used.We would stay there again.

Very comfortable home with lovely artwork. The house was exceptionally clean and really had everything we needed to enjoy the entire week.The location was also good as the beach was lovely and not the least bit crowded.Would stay again here when we wanna Florida beach vacation.

Great location!

Our family stayed here for a week and loved it! The location of the property is perfect for the beach and a trip to Disney and Discovery Cove as they are both only an hour drive away! The kids also enjoyed the ping pong table! Highly recommend for a nice family vacation!

Fantastic beach getaway!

My family enjoyed this property over Christmas. The heated pool and proximity to the ocean was a big draw. It’s a beautiful house, immaculately maintained and in a great location.

Amazing Rental

This place was amazing, so spacious, clean, great outdoor patio and pool. Only 2 blocks from beautiful beaches. We would rent it again in a heartbeat!

Nice Getaway

Spacious area and wonderful backyard. Pool was great for kids and outdoor grill worked wonderfully. Very clean and everything as expected.

Excellent place to stay!

We had a great time! The house was as described and better than we expected, very clean and very well decorated. Communication with the owners was very good as well. We would absolutely come back here.

Wonderful place

We had a great time spent with family. The house has all of the amenities of home and the outdoor living space was great. We steamed crabs on the grill and it was a great set up for eating outdoors!

Great house and location

House was large enough for 2 families of 4. Kids loved the pool and the fact it was heated the entire time. Short 5 minute walk to the beach. Very close to shops/restaurants in Cocoa Beach. Would stay here again

Great stay

The property was fantastic. A nice big house, roomy enough for everyone. It was well stocked with just about everything you need for a great vacation. The pool area was great, with a nice big pool. And the property managers were very responsive. I would definitely recommend this property.
