Our stay was fantastic from start to finish. The house was clean, well-stocked with essentials, and very cozy! Chad & Alexis were great with communication, reaching out with clear check-in & check-out instructions and ensuring we had the best possible experience. The location was ideal for exploring Mnt Washington. Stayed Oct 2-4 with my family & German Shepherd. Highly recommend!

From the immediate confirmation to hoping we had a good stay. All communication was perfect. The fire pit area was great to unwind after a long day. Golf at the Mt. Washington resort was only 10 min away. Amenities were everything needed.

Great stay

Our stay was wonderful. Quiet other than traffic noise but it isnt bothersome. Absolutely loved our stay.

My family and I were so happy where we stayed my kids had fun. The places that we went to. They were nearby so we didn’t have to be rushing out all the time. The place was really clean. We loved it. It had everything in the house. hopefully when we go back, we get to rent this house again. It was worth it. and I definitely took a selfie before I left

Long weekend getaway

This place was perfect! Very clean and had all the amenities we needed for a great weekend. Easily accessible to Santa’s Village, Storyland and Whales Tale.

Wonderful getaway spot!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Cozy and clean, lots of space and the lots of thoughtful touches. Would definitely recommend and would stay in the future.

Golf trip

Great property really close to Bretton woods, great for golf, skiing, or hiking. Easy check in process with plenty of amenities and a well kept home.

The house was lovely, and had some great amenities. The owners were a great help and clued us into some of the best breakfast spots in the area. Would love to return on a weekend when our schedule wasn't so tight!

Great place!

These hosts have thought of everything. It was so nice felt, like staying in a hotel with everything provided and so much attention to detail. Great location if you love this side of Mt. Washington like we do! 10/10 Thanks for stay!

We loved our stay! Not only was it a cute place inside, the outside area was just as cute and perfect for s'more making! They thought of everything here! From extra grocery bags to guides of what to do in the area and even some toys for the kiddos to play with - we were very impressed with all the little details!! We had a small issue getting into the home initially but the owner was available immediately and we got right in!

The best house ever

These people have a very well-equipped home. They think about the needs of everyone in the family, from the youngest to the oldest. They also make sure our dog have everything that he need. Staying here was a very pleasant experience!

The Cozy Mountain Escape was just that. It was cozy and gave us the chance to escape our daily routine. It was clean, comfortable and well layed out. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The kitchen was well stocked and made eating in during our longer stay easy. It is well equipped if you are traveling with children or dogs. Chad very responsive and able to assist when needed. Would return again.

Carroll House

The house was well maintained and perfect for people coming to check out the area! There were maps to just about every tourist destination, everything was labeled and set up for a family to visit. We went to Santa's Village and it was only a 10 minute drive to get there. Highly recommended!
