I also want to thank you again for your kindness toward our on-site team. I remember you telling me that some members of your group had been very rude to them, and were not pleasant at all for your trip, and I truly appreciated you apologizing on their behalf. I'm so glad to hear you enjoyed the property, the patios, the pool, our driver, and that you found our on-site team to be kind, helpful, and welcoming. They work incredibly hard to make every guest's stay enjoyable. I would like to clarify a couple of points for future guests. Both of the buildings you reserved, including the guest house, were ready for your arrival. We also discussed the A/C during your stay, and while one room did have an issue, our maintenance team responded immediately to resolve it as quickly as possible. Regarding the meals, before your arrival we carefully reviewed your group's dietary restrictions and food preferences and purchased groceries specifically to accommodate those requests. Our meals are prepared by experienced Costa Rican cooks and she is our house caretaker as well, who provide fresh, home-style cuisine rather than restaurant-style chef service. While we're sorry the meals didn't meet everyone's expectations, we did our best to honor every dietary accommodation that was requested. Due to VRBO restrictions I can’t post pictures of your stay, but my staff that came through and cleaned your room every day and cleaned up the houses every day, sent me pictures every day, and pictures of all of your meals.
