FC2256 Fenchurch -This inviting 2 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath Townhome makes a lovely home base for exploring Park City. Chatham Crossing is part of a residential neighborhood that sits just 2 miles northeast of historic downtown. Location is everything when it comes to planning your vacation, and this residence provides the perfect spot for enjoying all things Park City.



With its convenient location, beautiful amenities, and comfortable furnishings, this property is perfect for your next vacation. Whether you`re planning to ski, golf, hike, bike or enjoy the many festivals throughout the year, you`ll be treated to a cozy home away from home. The ski slopes are close by. It is less than a 5-minute walk to the stop for the free city-wide shuttle bus, which provides easy access to all three ski areas. You’ll be just 2 miles east of the base of Park City Mountain and the many shops, restaurants and art galleries that line Historic Main Street, and the Park City Golf Course. The house is 3 miles north of the slopes of Deer Valley Resort and 5 miles southeast of Canyons Village at Park City. The area offers easy access to hundreds of miles of trails, to the historic rail trail and Lost Prospector single track.



The main level of the home features beautiful wood flooring and high wooden ceilings with natural light pouring in for a bright and airy atmosphere. Beautiful Mountain Views can be enjoyed from the Living area, which has a comfortable sofa, two chairs, stone gas fireplace, large flat screen TV and glass sliders leading to an outdoor deck. The Dining area has modern light fixtures and seating for six at the table with additional seating for four at the breakfast bar. The Kitchen is well stocked with essentials to whip up hearty meals after a long day of fun. The powder bathroom is on the main level also. There is a full-size Washer/Dryer in the 1 Car Garage.



Upstairs you will find the master bedroom featuring a comfortable king bed with luxurious linens and the en-suite bathroom with a shower. Also upstairs, is the second bedroom with a Twin Bunk Bed over a Queen Bed and slider doors leading to the back patio deck with aspen forest views, plus the second full bath. The home comfortably sleeps 5 in beds. With the addition of a blow-up bed, the home could sleep 6. The Living Room Sofa is not a pull-out, but it can sleep one person.

PARKING: 1 car in the garage, Plus some overflow parking in the complex.

PETS: A well mannered, house-trained dog will be considered. There is an extra pet cleaning fee of $300. Please contact us at the time of booking with the breed and weight of your dog, plus a photo of your sweet dog.

SKI STORAGE: There is plenty of room to store skis in the garage, so there is no need to bring them into the house. Please do not wear ski boots in the home. Please treat the house as you would your own. No smoking. Be respectful of the neighbors.

SKI ACCESS: It is a short walk (5+ minute) to the bus stop,

SMOKING: No smoking is allowed at this property



PAYMENTS: Vrbo collects their Service Fee at booking. We collect 50% of the reservation total (less Vrbo`s Fee) 48 hours after the booking is made and the remaining 50% is collected 60 days before your check-in date.
