Welcome to Mimi's Hive!! This large one level, 6 bedroom 5 bathroom home is a great gathering spot for your friends and family. Whether your traveling together or meeting up here in Pendleton you will have plenty of space to relax in the living area while watching the large screen Roku TV and warming by the gas fireplace. The fully stocked kitchen should have all you need to make a great meal and gather to eat. This home has 3 full bathrooms with 2 additional 1/2 baths.
During the second full week of September we have a four day minimum stay

Pendleton stay

Was very clean, nice to have coffee for the morning nice quiet neighborhood, close to Restaurants, shopping, gas, our group of 7 was very happy with the Mimi's Hive Would definitely stay again Wolfie Spokane Samaritan Riders

Great house for group!

We celebrated a small family reunion in Pendleton and this house was perfect for our out of town visitors. Well appointed, lots of common space and Cindy was great to work with.

Mom's 90th Birthday Party

Mimi's Hive was the perfect location and layout for us. So clean and beautiful. 6 Bed/5 Bath for 9 people and could not be so perfect! We had such a lively 4 days

Perfect stay for a small group

We stayed there for an event held at the Convention Center. It was perfect for our small group. Except for one bed, everything was comfortable and well appointed. Thank you for the snacks and coffee! We will definitely be back again!

Vacation Home Perfection

We have 3 families stay here. The home feels as though it was built with the ontention to be a rental! Well decorated, clean, spacious. & the beds & furniture was all so comfortable! We visit Pendleton twice a year & will definitely book this home every time moving forward!

Weekend at the Hive

This was a perfect house for a larger group of varying ages! We all have enough rooms/ bathrooms so that there was quiet or private space, while also enjoying time together in the main parts of the home. It was very comfortable, extremely clean and super convenient ... all the little things you might enjoy as extras were there! Thank you to the host for being such a great one!

Making Memories

Loved the walking trail at the park with playground and green space right by the house. Took bikes and explored riverwalk paved trails along the Umatilla and recommend Oregon Grain Growers Distillery cocktails, pizza, mac n cheese. Everyone has their own bedroom and bathroom when you stay at Mimi's hive. Thanks Cindy pizza, mac n cheese

Our annual place to stay!

Every year we travel to Pendleton for a conference. Our group loves to stay at Mimi’s Hive. It is accessible for all members of our group, who range in age from 24 to 96 years old. Everyone has plenty of room to rest or socialize in a comfortable, well-appointment setting. The sunsets from the front porch or front room are absolutely gorgeous. I highly recommend this property. (Except for the dates when we want it!)

Phenix Solutions Engineers

The house was absolutely perfect. The engineers from Phenix Solutions were out there flight testing our newest aircraft At the airport. Our company is located in McMinnville Oregon so we needed a place to stay. The house was absolutely perfect for all of my engineers. They loved The house. They said that the accommodations were absolutely perfect. It was a great place to relax after a long day of work. Highly recommend this place. Thank you again.

The Hive was a great place to bee!!

It’s not easy fitting a group of 8 into one space but the Hive fit everybody comfortably and with space to spare. Everyone had the own quiet space as well as a large gathering area with plenty of seating for all. Our host was very communicative and responded promptly to any and all communications and was very understanding when we needed to alter our check out time.

Spacious and clean

The property was very spacious with 6 bedrooms, 4 of which have a private toilet and sink. Great location with easy access to town and shopping. Very clean and well furnished. The only drawback was the check-in instructions were not sent which may have been a problem with the VRBO platform. It took some time to get a response from the property manager with the door code but eventually they were.

Spacious property

Myself, my wife, and two of our friends stay at this property for a short business trip to Pendleton in March of 2024. We were all impressed with the theme throughout the home and how welcoming it felt. The small touches were amazing and did not go unnoticed, such as the well stocked snack basket on the bar. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our breakfasts and dinners (we ate all of our lunches out). The layout of the home was very convenient for our small group, as each of us had our own "wing." However, this home is capable of hosting larger groups very comfortably as it has six bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Our host, Cindy, was very responsive when we contacted her and she sent someone right away to replace a chirping smoke detector battery. We have another trip planned for Pendleton later this fall and I sincerely hope that this property is available when we get our exact dates nailed down.

Perfect home for 4 couples

We had a family gathering of 4 sisters with our spouses. Plenty of space for visiting comfortably and space at the dining table for sharing some family cooking! The decor was very pleasant and tastefully done. The neighborhood was off the beaten path and extremely quiet. All agree that we would come again for another visit! Thank you Cindy, for all of the special touches including the treats and coffee supplies. Much appreciated!

We didn’t even get to stay at the place at all

You overbooked the places we reserved and the host only found out about that when I contacted them for key info the night before. We have to do last minute replanning for our trip! You guys can’t even get the schedule work in your site. Very disappointing!!

Wonderful accommodations!

We had ten people in our group ages 1 to 86 the house was amazing, large, very clean and the best part every bedroom had a sink in it, plus two bedrooms also had toilets in them. Cindy provided everything we needed to make our stay an excellent experience. Extra bonus two washers and dryers!
