Beautiful large 2 beds coast flat with sunrise sunset,swimming pool and sea-view
Popular quiet location &pool/garden with nice open views, the front faces sunset with sea view in the distance, and the back faces sunrise. A GYM&Tennis next door.
3-5Mins walk (short cut) to Riviera high street or beach/mins drive to other large supermarkets/beaches, bars and restaurants.
Please arrange access in advance.

Amazing New Tequila Disco with Spanish music.
Note: There is a portable air-conditioner. (Please switch off daily to avoid damage charge). in case of any damage when over heated/break down, please turn off now and then (Damage deposit is 2500€, over use is chargeable).
Please keep tidy clean the same as when you arrived.

The space:
The property is apartment No. 50, on the top floor (2nd floor) in a nice looking, quiet, well maintained typical Spanish block/area.
The swimming pool is in the front of the balcony in a nice green garden with picnic tables (handy to watch kids), has a very large lounge
* Warm notice: there are mosquitoes in spain (some people don’t know), please prepare spray or electrical device etc.
The location is surrounded by many other local attractive small towns/beaches to explore, see attached photos(eg. Fuengirola long beach).
You will arrive from Malaga airport and it's about half hour drive to my apartment...
Guest access:
You will enter a gate (19) first from the street, it leads to the 2nd floor accessing apartment No. 50 door (top floor no neighbours next door).
Please arrange key handling with 2-3days notice with your arrival time.

Other things to note—
* Please keep less noisy on the balcony for the neighborhood.
*Please ensure all appliances (including the gas hob/Air Cons) are switched off each time when you leave the property.
*Please don’t move furnitures around without permission(Scratches/damages will be charged from deposit).
*Shower/hot water boiler: it’s in the cupboard in small bedroom, please leave the switch on half way on the sign of “Eco”.
* Please keep the place the same as you moved in on leaving and tidy clean.

Apart from Fuengirola and Artola Babopino beach, there are a few other beaches:
Babopino beach -5mins drive ( the best for young kids with very shallow water);
Nikki beach -8 mins drive (with a nice sea front restaurant);
Elviria beach - 5mins drive (near Nikki Beach);
Pino Mar beach - 10 Mins drive;
cala De Mijas - 5 Mins drive;
