Nice find in miami suburbs

If you are looking to getaway to Miami in a quiet neighborhood with access to major highways to get to the city, then this is a nice spot. Plenty of rooms and beds, nice pool and grounds. My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Security manager Daniel was very helpful and responsive to our needs and questions during the stay. Check in and out was painless.

House was nice, but accuracy and communication could have been better

House was great, pretty much as described. Some minor things weren’t accurate, like the ski ball didn’t work, the hot tub was cold, there was no propane in the gas tank. The property manager said they would address these things and never came. They also charged an additional 3% fee that was not advertised or listed for a “processing fee”. I’ve never had that happen ever from anywhere I’ve stayed and I’ve stayed at thousands of places. They also claimed we had additional guests even though we had people come and go and didn’t stay and asked for more money! I tried working this out but Aaron kept committing to calling me and never once called. The house was nice though and we still had fun. Just can’t leave a 5 star review given the above.

OWNER MADE EGREGIOUS MISREPRESENTATIONS

I have been a loyal VRBO customer for many, many years and have rented probably close to 100 properties, most of which qualify as luxury. Never before have I been as disappointed as I am in this property and this property owner. Being from Michigan, it was most important to be able to use the outdoor amenities at the property. - The tennis court was not regulation size and was filled with cracks and holes, which made it dangerous to use. If anyone were to attempt to play tennis on this court, it would subject the owner to huge potential personal injury liability. The owner just said: “What do you want me to do? Remake it?” - The hottub did not work at all. The owner replied: “Its not a hottub, as in the listing is a extension of the pool.” That is not what the listing says at all. It boasts having a hottub/jacuzzi in two places in the listing. This was another misrepresentation. - The pool cage screens were broken out and hanging down, which allowed bugs and debris in the pool and on the deck area. My kids were being eaten alive by mosquitos. - This property was represented as handicapped accessible, as I had a paraplegic mother who was to travel with me. The property has 5 steps to get inside! Again, the owner totally lied! - The fire table was damaged and unusable. The outdoor furniture was nasty. We vacated the property and asked for a refund, which has not been provided as of yet.

Beautiful house

It was really fun and the home was nice. The only thing was there was ants in the hall bathroom and the owner/company who rents this home out came there to film something like a promo ad and it was a little weird to have the going on while I’m trying to enjoy my bachelorette weekend. The owner was cool tho

Nice but................

The message below is the message I sent the company after my stay. Thank you Mr. Mussali I enjoyed my stay but felt that a better inspection of the property before rerenting is definitely necessary. I believe all amenities, at minimum, should operate. JACUZZI The Jacuzzi did not function as a Jacuzzi but instead functioned like a tiny pool. POOL The lights never came on inside the pool. I tried all of your resolutions without success. I believe someone should have come to the property to address the concern. FLAME TABLE The propane tank level was not checked prior to my arrival. I never got to use the flame table because the Propane tank was dropped off and not connected. I should not have had to connect Propane tank. GATES The gates not working properly should have been resolved prior to my arrival. The excuse provided for all issues was that there has not been any time to conduct repairs because they are busy renting the property, which is unacceptable. Overall, we made it work and had a nice time. I would still recommend this company but please address the short comings. In the future I will request that all amenities are fully functional prior to my arrival. Thank you again.
