Liked the area very much! Unit was very clean ! Rating 9.5 …..one towel each for three days? Other than that! Would highly recommend!

VRBO in Wortley village

Located in the heart of Wortley village - lots of amenities - restaurants, specialty shops and close to London Health Sciences. Very convenient location.

Perfect suite in perfect location!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the “April in Paris”apartment in the Wortley area of London. The suite was beautifully appointed, very cleanand bright!My host, April, was helpful and immediately responded to any questions I had. I would highly recommend this lovely place and will happily stay again on my next visit!

just the place i needed

"April in Paris" is a nicely appointed unit, in a brick box of a building, very convenient to one of London's nicest little neighborhoods. And walking distance to everywhere else I needed to be on my trip.

Fantastic!!!!

My husband and I had an amazing stay in this 3rd story walk-up apartment. It was bright, clean, cozy, and quiet. Loved the Keurig for morning coffee. We had a very relaxing time. Fantastic location just steps to the quaint village. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to London. Thank you April!

The location is on the third floor of a 3 floor apartment building. The walls and doors are very thin as far as sound goes so be quiet! There is no access for a disabled person. There are no elevators. Just so you are aware.

Thank you for writing your review of the suite. This historic part of the city is known to have buildings that were not built with elevators at the time of construction. The listing does state that the suite is in a walk up building and that guests should be able to climb stairs. Our apologies if that point in the listing was missed when booking. The walls are built from concrete. Communal buildings have their pluses and minuses. This is the reason for the building daily quiet hours out of respect for all residents. Many guests have told us that the building is very quiet. Thank you for your stay.

VRBO -old South London On.

Amenities were fine but would have liked to have cable tv. I understand there is a cost involved though the very basic price I believe is reasonable. This part of old South is picturesque and a great place to walk grab a coffee and just relax. Not sure who owns bushes where cars are parked but some need to be trimmed back. Have noticed a sticky residue on my car from bushes. Just a suggestion. Very quiet building.

Sehr nettes Apartment, im Sommer trotz zweier mobiler Klimageräte allerdings sehr heiß.

Happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay. Sorry to hear that the two large a/c units (One window and one floor unit) did not keep it as cool as you would have liked. It is always wise to keep the curtains and blinds closed during the peak parts of the day to keep the heat out in order to maintain a cool temperature. Thank you for staying with us.
