The master has a king mattress, and private bath room with his/her sinks and large walk in shower. The other two bedrooms have queen beds and share a bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with with everything you may need. The Living room has a magnificent entertainment center, with a 58 in TV and over 300 Bluerays and DvDs. The outdoor patio is a perfect spot to read a book. Explore the quant town of Montecello, or take the beautiful drive to the state capital Tallahassee.

Mother’s Day weekend

The house was well stocked with everything we needed. Televisions in bedrooms would be a plus. We would stay here again.

Extremely nice home

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The owners have thought of everything. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of supplies in the home. Internet access was fast and reliable. Communication was wonderful. We will be back!

Christmas stay in Monticello

This year we found ourselves needing to stay in the Monticello/ Greenville area to visit family for Christmas. It is never ideal to be away from home on Christmas, but Clint went out of his way to make our stay perfect. I asked ahead of time if there would be a Christmas tree set up, and he made sure that a decorated Christmas tree and Christmas lights on the outside of the home greeted us at our home away from home. The home is situated in a newer, clean, safe neighborhood. We cooked quite a bit, and the kitchen was equipped with all the tools and dishes we needed. The home is very clean and comfortable. We will definitely be contacting Clint if we need to stay again in the future. Thank you, Clint, for helping to make an unusual Christmas the very best it could be!

Perfect game day weekend getaway

We were in town celebrating my Dad’s 70th Birthday with FSU tailgating and the game. The house was clean and well furnished in a cute, quiet neighborhood. Check in was super easy! Will definitely stay again…thank you.

Great Place!

The cottage was warm and comfortable, exactly as described. Easy trip to Tallahassee for the game. We LOVED the cute little town and can't wait to come back to explore a little more!
