Our house is bright, airy and well appointed. Located on a beautiful dirt road with two horse farms within walking distance, it is perfect for walking and running. Three Maple Drive is considered one of the best foliage roads in the area. There are hikes and snowshoeing trails close to our house. Manchester Center is less then 3 miles away and you can get to Bromley, Magic and Stratton mountains in under 30 minutes. The home has high ceilings and lots of big windows so you really feel part of the environment. Enter through the mud room which has the laundry and a half bath. The house has 4 bedrooms, one with a sleeping loft, two living rooms, sunporch, open kitchen dining room, basement with ping pong, peloton and other exercise equipment. We enjoy great views which you can enjoy both outside and from inside the house. The open floor plan on the first floor allows for easy and fun dinners and entertaining. There are various sitting areas so you can cozy up with a book in the sun porch , hang out in the den and play some board games or sit with a glass of wine by the fireplace.
