You will love the location of this cozy 1-bedroom condo with views of Lake Winnipesaukee right from the deck. Very close to: Gunstock ski resort, Private walking path to Bank of NH pavilion concert venue, Laconia airport,
Tanger shopping outlets, Public golf courses and Weirs beach.
Don’t feel like exploring then stay on site with plenty of amenities: Outdoor pool, Sports courts include tennis/basketball/shuffleboard/volleyball, outdoor playground, Private beach with swimming area, grills, lounge chairs, picnic tables and kids toys.

* Condo is on second floor and not handicap accessible.

The property was exactly as described. Clean, convenient and comfortable. The location is great. I would stay here again. The check in and instructions for check out were easy.

We stayed in this rental for the proximity to the Pavillion in Gilford. Having a walking path to the venue was incredibly convenient. The host was a great communicator and the property was cute, clean, and comfortable.

This was a 2nd year staying here. Very nice place. Well maintained clean condo with everything you need in the kitchen. We will be back again next year.

This was the perfect place to stay for a concert weekend! It was clean, had a beautiful lake view and was walking distance to the venue. We had a great trip!

Corey is an excellent host! My son's had a blast at the concert and the unit was perfectly appointed. The property is very family friendly with innumerable daily excursions available. Shopping convenient, nearby.

If you are going to a show at the BONH pavillion you cannot beat this place. Private Beach and you can walk to the show. It's just a few hundred yards.

Clean and accommodating. Impeccable communication. Best place to stay if you're going to a concert at the Pavilion. Wonderful beach across the street. Good restaurant not far away.

We attended a show at the pavillion and the stay with old friends could not have been better. Hanging at the beach, pre-show tailgating, the walk to the show, and the very comfortable stay made this one a trip to remember. Corey was very responsive to my questions and ould not have been more helpful. Will definitely stay again. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Cute condo

The place was really nice, it had everything we needed. The pictures on line show the place as it is. We stayed for a quick night and it was very comfortable. If we are headed back to the area. I would definitely consider this place again.

Well equipped little apartment

Our stay was awesome. The apartment was well equipped and had everything we needed. The apartments are small but had a good layout. Great view of the lake. Location is perfect for us to get to Meredith and Gilford village in a short time. An upgrade would be a pull out couch.

Corey was easy and amazing to work with. When I had what seemed like a bagillion questions, he was very responsive. I have stayed in a Misty Harbor Barefoot unit before. The location is great for lake access (private beache) and a 2-3 minute walk to Bank of NH Pavilion. This led me to look there again. I found Corey's unit and couldn't be happier. It was clean and updated. Even had extra sheets and air mattresses. The balcony with lake views was great for some chill time before and after our show. We were there for a girls weekend, but all of us loved Corey's unit (and location) so much that we are now planning a fam trip back up and hoping Corey's unit is available. Price for a Saturday in Lake Winni was very reasonable.

A comfortable choice

We were satisfied, all the necessities were available. Our only suggestion would be to provide a more reliable and strong WI-FI system. The lake is very pretty and we will recommend this listing to others.
