Per city ordinance we have noise aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction. Occupancy/Family Size Properties must limit all short-term rental occupancy to have a maximum family size of six adults and their related dependent children.

The said deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided there are no damages or incidents for which the renter is responsible. *Disclaimer- Interior cameras are set up in the golf simulator room for machine & safety purposes. Camera is only activated when the simulator is turned on.
