Great rental, definitely in the top 5 of all the places we've stayed (and we've stayed at countless rentals). Beds and linens were really comfortable and the hosts though of everything you might need to make the trip enjoyable. Communication was quick and detailed with a bit of humor thrown in which is always appreciated!Thank you so very much for allowing us to stay at your lake house, this is the only rental we will use when we are in that area again.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely return. The cottage was very clean, exactly as described, and had everything we could possibly need. There were detailed instructions throughout the home, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the outdoor spaces were definitely the highlight.The deck overlooking the calm lake was beautiful, and we loved watching the wildlife—including a bald eagle on our first day and a hawk fishing in the pond throughout the week. Our two dogs had a great time swimming in the shallow water along the beach, and we enjoyed the well-kept fire pit area every night. The fishing right from shore was spectacular—we caught plenty of largemouth bass and perch without even needing one of the several provided boats. We also used the clean, easy-to-use grill on the deck several times.The property is quiet and peaceful, set back on a dirt road. Our interactions with the neighbors were very pleasant, and one even recommended Lakehouse Tavern nearby, which we really enjoyed. The owners were also very responsive when there was a brief power issue, and the power company had everything restored quickly.Overall, a wonderful experience and a beautiful place to relax. We would love to return and spend more time here!

This was our second time at the property and it was even better this time! It’s so nice and peaceful. This is our kids and fur babies favorite place to go, the only bad part was having to leave!!Thanks again it was amazing!

Great little cottage

We had a great stay, fun little spot on a quiet pond. Great swimming spot with two docks. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and exactly as described. The pond was clean sandy and perfect for swimming with our dogs. The location was quiet ane peaceful and the host was responsive and welcoming. We'd definetly come back.

Great place

We had a wonderful stay. The water access and fire pit were amazing. The kids loved the dock that was available and had many adventures. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Place was clean and comfortable.

Perfect retreat

We stayed here for a wonderful 5 days in summer! We enjoyed the swimming and kayak use, as well as the fire pit. Our kids loved having space to spread out and being able to bring our dogs with us! We also loved how quiet it was!

Wonderful spot for a quiet getaway

This property was perfect for us. We had perfect weather, the pond was warm and very clean. The area is quiet with neighbors that we hardly saw or heard. The private beach and deck were awesome. The firepit area was excellent. We would definitely rent this cabin again.

Relaxing getaway

We had a great stay! We got to wake up right on the lake and enjoy some morning canoe rides and swimming. The dogs had the time of their lives swimming in the lake all day. It was very quiet and peaceful. The house was super clean and nice as well. All around just a great area and I would recommend a stay here!!

Property was clean with a nice kitchen. Lake beautiful but small. Disappointed that the fishing boat with electric motor was not available to use as the battery did not work. Did do some fishing from the shore.

A perfect escape!

We had the best time at your cottage. It looks really small when you drive up, but we had plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids. The private beach and dock, canoe, and kayak were a huge bonus. We did midnight paddles both nights. Such a peaceful place. And the fire pit was awesome.

Slice of HEAVEN!

The cottage and location were amazing. We loved every minute of our vacation here! The water was crystal clear, the dock with diving board was a huge hit! We loved morning swims and wine on the deck overlooking the incredibly gorgeous and peaceful pond view. The kids had a great time, the dog lived in the water, and my husband and I got some much needed relaxation. The owners were exceptionally responsive to inquiries and check-in and out were seamless. We loved this cottage so much, we booked for a week next year within hours of arriving! Hidden GEM!

Comfortable cottage in quiet spot

This is a cozy cottage on a very quiet pond. We were in the water almost every day and hardly heard any noise at all from neighbors. The kayak, rowboat, and floating rafts got a lot of use. The outdoor fire pit is excellent and even has overhead lights. The kitchen and living room are modern and had everything we needed. The back deck sits right at the water and is in great condition.

A Wonderful Getaway on the Water

We had a restful stay in this modernly decorated cabin on a beautiful pond. We could fish from the deck right on the water. The floating raft has great chairs to relax in. We used the kayak and life jackets too. The cabin was clean with plenty of necessary supplies. Our daughter and family live in Hopkinton 15 minutes away so it was a perfect location for us. I’m sure we will return to this cozy cabin again.

A pleasant stay on Pleasant Pond! Our stay was quiet ands relaxing. The A/C mini splits worked quite well and were much appreciated because it was hot most of our time there. The water in the pond is incredibly clear. The fishing was great, both right off the deck and just a little way out and to the right of the property; we caught large bluegills, yellow perch, largemouth bass, and smallmouth bass on pink artificial worms. It was very quiet and relaxing. There was no need to seek out a professional fireworks display on July 4th because 2 families put on a lovely extended show. There were plenty of towels and extra sheets, the water was hot, and the water pressure was good. The mosquitoes didn’t bother us on the deck but were abundant everywhere else on the property.
