Amazing location in beautiful Terrace Heights with proximity from Whyte Avenue, river valley and University of Alberta campus and University Hospital, Downtown, Rogers Place, West Edmonton Mall, Muttart Conservatory, Capilano Mall.
It has everything for a quiet comfortable stay. Our property has keyless entry so should you arrive later in the day, you have total flexibility to access the unit without worrying/losing keys during your stay! Enjoy your stay. The House is an upper and lower split, and there is an occupant in the basement suite (lower split).
Free Parking on street in front of the house. Or anywhere on the street.
Under 10 minutes to Downtown, Whytemud drive or Anthony Henday
Under 15 minutes to West Edmonton Mall
Under 30 minutes to Edmonton International Airport

We had stayed at this property two years ago and had a very good experience so booked it again. The place, linen and towels were clean. However the property has not been maintained to the level it had been two years previous. The interior and exterior appeared to have deteriorated over time and would benefit from some repairs. The property is conveniently located near shopping and main roadways.

I would describe our stay as fine. It’s one of the cheaper places to stay in Edmonton and you get what you pay for. One of the bedroom doors was damaged at some point and never fixed properly, they said if there was an issue to reach out, but when we did we didn’t get a response, if the a/c worked it was weak so it was a good thing it wasn’t terribly hot, and grass hadn’t been cut in a long time. As just a place to sleep for a couple nights it was alright.

Wonderful accomodations and perfect location

We had a wonderful stay. The beds are so comfortable and the rooms were all spacious. All the amenities were just what we needed. The location is close to downtown but far enough away that it's easy to get to and parking was never a problem. Thanks so much for sharing your lovely space with us!

Home away from home

This place is very comfortable and has a homey feel to it. It had every thing we needed and the hosts are lovely. I would definitely return.
