Family Fun

We had a wonderful weekend with our children and grandchildren. we celebrated a couple of birthdays, played some games, cooked and watched football. We would rent here again. the property was beautiful and accommodated our needs. Thank you

Love our time at Moose Lantern!

Our family returned to Moose Lantern after an amazing visit last year and it never disappoints! The cabin is in a great location, has lots of space and Tiffany has exceptional communication! Also had the opportunity to see the northern lights off of the porch and it was incredible! Looking forward to another visit next season!

Vermillion fishing trip

This is an awesome place to stay. The cabin is very nice and clean and is well setup with all of the conveniences of home for cooking and relaxing. The deck and fire pit are awesome for hanging out and the property was very private and completely surrounded by woods. I would highly recommend this cabin!

Great place!

We were a group of guys that came up for a fishing trip. Plenty of room for our boats and the turn around drive was great. Cabin was very clean, comfy beds, everything worked, our stay was excellent!

Family vacation

House and area were beautiful and as described in description. Only thing we would have liked was for the house to be on the lake and not as long of a walk. Boardwalk was very nice but was difficult for older adult. Owner was extremely responsive before, during and after our stay.

So clean!

What a beautiful home! My family and I agreed that it is probably the cleanest VRBO we've ever stayed at. We couldn't tell that pets are also allowed inside the property. It had plenty of space for our group of 7. We loved the deck and fire pit. Thank you for the great experience!

Northwoods escape

Very clean, secluded house nestled in the northwoods. Large wrap-around deck was an amazing place to relax.

Great trip to Vermilion!

Stayed at The Moose Lantern the first weekend in June with 5 others. The cabin was just as advertised and more! Had everything we needed. WiFi worked well. We also rented a pontoon from Timbuktu Marina, kept it at the dock and no problem finding it. Will stay here again for sure!

The Moose Lantern is top notch! The cabin is beautiful, had all amenities you could need and Tiffany is a wonderful host! We are already looking forward to our next stay!

Awesome week vaca

We had an awesome time at this VRBO!! This was my first experience doing a VRBO and it went excellent. House was perfect for our family and friends fishing trip!! Very clean and had everything we needed.

Summer Vacation with Friends

The Moose Lantern was the perfect place for our summer vacation. This home was clean, well stocked and fit 8 people easily. I had a couple questions about boat rentals, arriving early and general questions about the area and received accurate and fast responses from the owner. I would highly recommend this property and will rent again next time we are in the area.

We loved the Moose Lantern!!

We loved everything about our stay! The layout and decorations in the house worked great for our family of 8 - grandparents, parents, aunt and three siblings. We also had 2 labs with us. Rented a pontoon boat from Timbuktu - easy access off the pier - we sometimes drove and sometimes walked to the pier. Took a day trip to Ely - American Bear Center and lunch at the Ely Steakhouse. Walked the nature trail at Semer's Beach and enjoyed the shops downtown. Campfire and smores each night and caught lots of bluegill, perch, small mouth bass and a 30 inch northern pike off the pier!! Highly recommend the Moose Lantern!!

Great host, great property

Tiffany was very helpful answering our questions and was communicative during a brief power outage during a thunderstorm. The property was sparkling clean and very well stocked with firewood, games, dishes, linens, etc. The location was very peaceful and private as well. Would recommend staying!

Awesome place for snowmobiles

Lots of room for trailers and vehicles we had 3 enclosed 4 place trailers and had no problem getting around, cabin is clean and exactly as described!

Snowmobilers dream

If a cabin was built specifically for snowmobilers this is it. Walking in from the main floor is an area that is designed to hang enough gear for 10 riders with a heating unit that dries it all out over night. It is also big enough to hang out and talk about the day. Then you go upstairs to a wide open room with a GREAT high top counter area, dining room and couch area. It is well appointed and very comfortable!!! The main trail is 5 minutes from the cabin. Tiffany, the owner is very responsive. I highly recommend this cabin and I look forward to the next time.
