House was very nice, large kitchen and living room area are great for a large family. The views from the living room were amazing! A minute walk to the private beach which was so nice. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet as well. House is located not far from downtown Falmouth which was nice for shopping and restaurants. The host were great checked in on us. Highly recommend the property.

This nostalgic home was exactly what we needed for our fall stay in Cape Cod. It is so roomy, but feels cozy. The kitchen was set up to prepare and serve meals with ease. We used the outdoor grill multiple times during our visit. We met several of the neighbors including a woman that has a self serve bread stand during the summer months. What a treat to have artisan sourdough bread on vacation! The location is very convenient to shopping and the ferries to the islands. And the view from the home could not be beat. The owner was extremely kind and accommodating, Highly recommend!

The house was better than the pictures suggest and closer to the water. We loved the quiet beach in front. We would stay here again.

Just finished unpacking from a wonderful week at this cottage.Perfect weather helped.Deck view was even better than pictures and we spent alot of time relaxing there.Would rent this cottage again.Great location,clean and just what we hoped for.

Beautiful house and location! Couldn’t have asked for a better place on the Cape. Beach is gorgeous and so close. Hosts were great at communicating and kept us updated on the renovations which look amazing! Would come back in a heart beat.

Great spot for our family vacation

What a wonderful spot for us to enjoy each other’s company. Comfortable beds, lovely linens, a wonderful deck to enjoy early morning or end of day as the sun sets. What a beautiful view! And so quiet. We all hope to come back again next year

Nice oceanside getaway

Kimberly & Joe' made this last minute getaway very easy to book. The property was just as it look in the listing. We had a nice quiet week.

Highly recommend!

Such a lovely home in a wonderful neighborhood with friendly people, not far from shops and restaurants, but the best part was the private beach which we all enjoyed every day. Communication with the owners was prompt and they were super helpful. Would definitely recommend!

We were very comfortable in this house. However it could have used a deep cleaning other than just surface.

The location of this house is fantastic. Steps to the beach. Lovely open living space that actually seats 10 and has the perfect view. Well stocked kitchen. Linens included is such a bonus. Access to beach toys and chairs. Joe was excellent with communication. We had a lovely family vacation. Thank you Joe and Kim!

We very much enjoyed staying at this lovely beach house. It has a fantastic view of the water from the indoor living area and outdoor space. The kitchen is clean and well equipped with a large table with a lot of seating. The living rooms also has a lot of seating and a smart tv. We enjoyed grilling out and dinning at the table on the deck with a view of the water. The beach is just steps away from the house and there is everything you need for the beach provided. The house is in a nice neighborhood just a short drive away from Falmouth and the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. Lots of extra pillows and throw blankets to make it cozy. I definitely recommend this house and would rent again.

Location and the house better than pictures even. We were a group of 8 high school friends all age

The rental process and property was very easy and just wonderful. Property was better than pictures could show for location. Close to restaurants and shopping

Nice spot for a family get together

Joe was a great host, very accommodating and easy to reach when we had a question it need. Nothing fancy, but very comfortable. Great location too.

Beautiful location. Great for kids

We had a great stay. The location was beautiful and steps from the beach. It was perfect for having 4 kids under 4 with us. Lots of toys and other things we needed were available to use. The bed rooms had enough space for all 8 of us as well. We had a great stay.

Still reeling over our visit

We had an amazing time at Joe and Kim's property. Everything was just as described but the VIEW was 10x better than expected. The private beach was perfect for us and even allowed our small pup! Thank you for a beautiful stay and for allowing my family to make everlasting memories, we're truly grateful.
