Enjoy Beautiful views all season long with large floor to ceiling windows and wildlife right outside your door. It is just like being out at the cottage.
This beautiful one bedroom house is beautifully decorated, has a large kitchen and a breakfast bar.
Enjoy the large sunroom and deck where you can sit back and relax.

A delightful hide-away! Rustic outside and modern indoors. So well equipped. A real retreat. It would be nice to have a book to record wildlife sightings. Very quiet. A perfect retreat spot for 1-2 people.

This property was outstanding - clean, beautifully furnished, wonderful setting on the river, large living areas and sun room, good storage, location close to stores and restaurants, modern kitchen and washrooms. In fact, the pictures on the listing do not do it justice - we loved it and will book for longer on our next visit to the Waterloo area. Owner even worked to provide us with early entry which was helpful to us.

Everything in the cottage was 1st class and was very clean and well furnished especially the kitchen and the bedroom with the ensuite was very nice. Will certainly be returning some time in the near future for a few days.

My wife and I just returned from a 4-day stay at this cottage, and it exceeded all our expectations. The location is stunning, offering a truly beautiful view that we enjoyed every single day.Inside, the cottage was exceptionally clean, neat, and well-organized. We were incredibly impressed by how well-equipped it was; the hosts truly thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. It was the perfect, relaxing escape. We would love to come back!

This place was perfect! My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary weekend and it was a great little escape while still being close to so much! Beautiful place that had everything we needed. nice sunroom and view of the river. Lots of squirrels, bluejays and chickadees to watch in the morning.

Everything was great. Clean, high equipped cottage at the river. Quiet but next to everything you need. Spent a week there to relax After two week roadtrip (NB, NS, PEI and Cape Breton).

Great weekend getaway

It was a great weekend at the cottage where we celebrated my finances birthday. It came as advertised and the host replied back quickly if we had any questions. The cottage had a secluded nature feel while being a 5 minute drive from the shopping centre. Would definitely stay again.

Great few days away.

Had a great relaxing stay in a serene environment 5 minutes away from maximum civilization. You can get anything you need minutes away or just stay in and relax. 1 hr from Toronto is perfect!

The pictures of this property do not do it justice. It is modern and spacious. The windows facing the rear yard and Speed River make the environment open and just as relaxing as sitting in the backyard. It is truly a special getaway. I was able to walk to the mill run trail and took it about 3 MI to the West and back. It is very close to lots of businesses and other amenities while feeling like you are in the middle of the Woods.

Amazing stay

This was the perfect little getaway. The house and property were even better than expected … very spacious, peaceful and private. Plus, lots of nature to enjoy. The chickadees even ate off our hand! We will definitely stay again.
