Rough start, but fantastic stay.

When we first arrived, a few things were not thoroughly cleaned, nothing major, but noticeable. Once contacted, the property manager quickly made contact. They had a cleaning crew there right away, and everything was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again

Great Stay

We have family in Modesto and needed a place to stay nearby their home. Everything was accurate in the description and the host was always available. Thank you! Will stay again when visiting Modesto.

The home was perfect and the owner was awesome . We will stay there again everytime we go to this area so close to family and everything you need. The price was great .

Nice place

We had a couple minor issues but Aaron responded immediately and took care of them. Listing states spa/ pool which there is none. Not a problem for us as that is not a reason we rented this unit. Amazing to have a garage to park in. Seems to be a good neiy. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen fairly well equipped. We cooked a couple meals & had what we needed.I would stay again if in the area.

Nice apartment rental

Apartment was as described and a good option if staying in the area. Property manager was quick to respond, when I reached out on a few things as well.

We LOVED it here. Clean, cute, perfect sized, very nice & cozy. Property owner very attentive. We come down often to visit fam, and we have decided we will exclusively stay here and it’ll be our home away from home. Was perfect for us and our little kiddos.

Just as listed

I stayed 1 week while visiting with my family. The house was in a good neighborhood and close to everything. It was nice to have a secure garage to park in. The furnishings were comfortable as were the beds.

Perfect Place for Two

Such a nice apartment, very clean and nicely updated. Lots of space, easy check in was super easy. Only issue we had was we lost power in parts of the apartment and the host never responded to us regarding that. Luckily it was the last night so it didn't cause much of an inconvenience.

Nice place

The property was great and well furnished. Very nice to have a garage. i would stay again.The neighbor has barking dogs and every morning a neighbor started a very noisy car at four thirty a m, every weekday. Great alarmclock if you want to get up at 4:30.AM

Beautiful House

We had a wonderful stay. Gorgeous house with everything you need. The garage was wonderful for loading and unloading. It was very clean, beautifully decorated, and the beds were so comfy. Thank you!

Great Place in Modesto

The property manager, Aaron, was extreamly helpful in getting the info I needed to get in.. The accommodation was more than I expected. Nicely furnished with all the linen needed, bathrooms with liquid soap, conditioner and shampoo and a kitchen with a service for 4 and much more. Highly recommended.

Clean and convenient Modesto property

I was in town for a family event and needed a place to stay. Aaron's place was exactly what we needed. It was conveniently located, had all of the amenities needed for a short stay, beds were comfortable, clean, the garage was a huge plus and Aaron was easy to get ahold of even though he was away on vacation. Thank you for sharing your place!
