If you enjoy the beach and great views of the Gulf of Mexico, this is the place for you! You can watch the sunrise from the comfort of your own bedroom as well as sunbathe or dine on your own private balcony. Located in Long Beach, this 49 unit facility is a quieter and the condo is fully furnished and sleeps FOUR. Each bedroom has its own private bath with a half bath on the main floor.

There is a swimming pool with patio and grilling facilities. Easy access to the beach and minutes from casinos, golfing, shopping and dining. An hour from New Orleans for sight-seeing and Mardi Gras.

This condo truly has something for everyone!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Home was very clean and put together. We were in the area to visit our son in the military so we did quite a bit of commenting so we saw plenty of dining and other things to do. We highly recommend this rental. Host was very easy to get ahold of if we had any questions. The pricing was very reasonable and well worth it

The ocean views were breathtaking! Very clean and quiet surroundings. The ramp to roll the luggage up is at the opposite end of the unit so it was easier than trying to climb the stairs. May not be good for elderly due to stairs But we managed them well.

This place was as advertised and even better! The host was an amazing guy. He was quick to respond whenever I shot him a note. He even sent a ‘guide’ with some recommendations for things in the area. The property is perfectly located for just about anything you would want to do. The beach is right across the street! Great for taking that early morning walk or evening stroll. We really enjoyed our stay and will plan to return!

My children and I had an amazing 8 days at this location! Everything from the communication to the condition of the condo was beyond my expectations. The area was so peaceful, homey, and showed true southern hospitality. Once we entered the condo, we were in awe, as the pictures don't do justice for the beauty it truly has in-person. The hosts were rare, helpful, and genuine folks. This was probably one of our favorite stays and we would definitely highly recommend and be back to visit again!

This was home away from home! Jerry and Lana's condo was spotlessly clean and is very well-maintained. The small personal touches here and there reflected warmth and character and made us feel we were among family. The beds were very comfortable, shopping and dining were close by, and you couldn't ask for a lovelier view than waking to a gulf view every morning! We even caught a lightning storm one night! We will definitely plan to stay again! Thanks, Jerry and Lana! You are excellent hosts!

For the past 10 years we have stayed at VRBO properties in several Southern States for our annual "Spring Break", and in this property we certainly 'hit the jackpot'! This is by far the nicest, cleanest, and most relaxing property we have ever found. And you can't ask for a better host. Every question or concern was handled quickly and efficiently. Wonderful location. The views from the condo were beautiful. It was so peaceful and perfect for our stay. Long Beach was so quiet. We loved the condo. Jerry was extremely responsive from the moment I booked to even after my stay. Highly recommend a stay.

Short Trip

The property is directly across the boulevard from the beach. It’s in a quiet location and close enough to all the attractions around the area. I would recommend staying here if you’re needing a place for a couple of days or couple of weeks.

We have been coming to the Gulf Coast for almost twenty five years. We enjoy the views of the ocean, casinos and trips to New Orleans. We previously owned another condo but lost it to Katrina in 2005. After looking for the right place to purchase, we found the unit at Beau Clair. We enjoy renting it out, not only to get added income but to hear back from our guests about their experience at our condo. We spend time here on & off over the year and rent it out when we are back home in Wisconsin.
