Hi Jennifer, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We want to sincerely apologize for the miscommunication surrounding the air conditioning repair. After reviewing the communication history, we found that some of your initial messages were sent to an incorrect phone number, which unfortunately meant our team never received them and was unable to respond. Once we became aware of the issue, we worked to coordinate a solution. We also deeply regret the breakdown in communication that resulted in a member of our maintenance team stopping by the home after you had indicated you did not want anyone to enter while you were away. This was the result of an internal miscommunication between members of our team, and we completely understand why this caused frustration and concern. We sincerely apologize for the stress and disruption this caused during your vacation. Since your stay, the air conditioning issue has been fully resolved. We’re also sorry to hear that cleanliness issues, nearby construction, parking challenges, and your initial check-in experience negatively impacted your visit. While some of these circumstances were outside of our control, such as the exterior construction, we understand they nonetheless affected your overall experience.
