Newly remodeled condo with a view of Canyon Lake - Sleeps 5
Queen bed in bedroom with a smart T.V. Fully equipped kitchen with appliances, including Keurig and standard coffee pot, with a starter pack of complimentary K-cups. Living room has a smart T.V. with a queen sleeper sofa. One lower bunk in hallway is good for sitting, reading or napping. Only a short distance to the pool, BBQ grill with picnic table, laundry room, and boat/trailer parking. Linens and towels are provided.

Great stay!

Weekend in Canyon Lake

Perfect little cozy condo for 2. The unit is great and we got to enjoy coffee on the patio every morning watching the deer walk by. Will def stay again!

Cozy stay

Property was super cute and perfect for me and my 2 kids. Loved the fact that there was a pool. The kids really enjoyed being able to feed the deer!

Adorable place!

This place was perfect for our weekend trip! Clean and comfortable! The communication with the owner was great! They were very kind and accommodating. We will definitely try to book this rental again when we come to this area in the future!

Weekend trip

Our family enjoyed our stay here. It was just the right size for our family of 3. The sofa sleeper was comfortable, and the condo was clean and felt loved by its owners. The location was great! The owner of the condo responded to all my questions very quickly and was very helpful as we were visiting the area for the first time.

nice clean and functional 1bed condo

Property was accurately depicted, clean, and a perfect location for my needs as an alternative to a longer travel hotel. Nice view from the patio and the deer come right to the patio.

We enjoyed the quiet area. The condo was beautifully decorated and well stocked with many extra personal touches- selections of coffee, all the cooking items needed and bath products. Enjoyed our morning coffee feeding the local deer with the food provided by owners. We will definitely return!

Great cozy property by the Canyon Lake Marina! Owners were great to communicate with, enjoyed feeding the deer in the backyard, and the convenient location to the lake! Thank you! We will be back!

This was the best condo on the property. Pool was clean and the staff managing the property kept us safe. Ben was quick to help me with any questions. We had everything we needed and would highly recommend!

Just perfect in every way!

The condo is set up nicely. Cozy, inviting, comfortable! We just loved it and will be back. The area is very well maintained and the condo has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The owner is above and beyond as far as customer service is concerned! Highly recommend!

Very personable attention to detail especially having water, ice and coffee. The condo had a very welcoming smell. Every furniture was comfortable. It would be a dream to be able to stay a month.

Absolutely Wonderful.

What a great stay we had. The Apt was extremely clean and comfy for us 3 50+ ladies. I could seriously live there. The location was great, The views were great and all of the wildlife that would come so close to the patio. We were so surprised to see little foxes at night along with the deer. I can't say enough about what a great stay we had. We are already planning a return trip.

Wonderful Condo with deer visits every morning!

This is a great little spot for relaxing with some local activities. We were visited on the back patio by deer every morning and some evenings. The owner provided deer corn but we fed them so much that we went to Buc-ee's in town and bought even more deer corn. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Laidback eclipse viewing

Great place in Canyon Lake. Laidback, friendly neighbors. Enjoyed the pool and the beautiful trees. Lots of birds and deer. Great view of the sunset from the porch. Cooked breakfast and dinner in the kitchen on nice stove. Ben was a great host and easy to communicate with. We love that it’s pet friendly. We watched the eclipse from the pool deck with the property manager and some neighbors who were pretty cool. Enjoyed our stay.

Nice Stay

Our stay was very accommodating. Clean and fully stocked condo. The Guad is about 10 minutes away though many access points were closed surprisingly for a summer holiday which made it challenging to find a place to enjoy the river unless you want to go tubing. The lake was very low also so no lake view from the patio for us like the pics show. But still very pretty area and nice sunsets. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Overall enjoyable stay.
