Our home is furnished with luxury furnitures and beautifully decorated. Great place and location

House was great for an overnight stay after the Morgan Wallen concert. Very close to AT&T stadium. Beds were very comfortable.

Our stay

We enjoyed our stay, only problem I had was the bed was awfully hard and uncomfortable. The host was very pleasant and polite, took care of all issues immediately. Loved the home!

Awesome place for our family to stay for a game

Spacious and clean home, great for a sibling reunion!

Everything was very convenient with this property and we loved the open floor plan, the furnishings, and the spacious and private back yard for a kiddo to run and the adults too relax. Hosts were great; I had messaged a couple times and called once, they had quick and friendly responses. Would love to stay here again!

Spacious and quiet house

The house was really spacious and accomodated greatly our 2 families. A lot of space and the arcade games made a hit (let's say that the dads were trying to steal them from the kids :) ). One of the bed sheets had a small hole and was stained (but clean). Overall, a nice stay

TCU baseball weekend

Our family came to Arlington to watch our grandson play baseball for TCU. The home is ideally located near the stadiums in Arlington. It has 5 bedrooms, is spacious and is very nicely decorated. The kitchen has everything needed to cook in which we did one night. We enjoyed our stay.

Christmas

The location was great. We were disappointed with the kitchen amenities. We went to make Christmas dinner, there wasn’t a potato masher or mixer. No toaster for bagels or toast. Dishwasher isn’t level so the top tray keeps hitting you when you lower the bottom tray. The back yard was covered with leaves including the patio for the first 6 days of our trip. Someone came by Sunday afternoon to blow leaves and wake our grandson up from his nap. Also, there were cockroaches in the main floor bathroom that came out at night.

Plenty is space, very clean and well remodeled, plenty of towels and so close to stadiums, activities and Texas Live was fun.

Perfect place for our stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Our youngest couldn’t get enough of the arcade machines and the teenagers had plenty of room. The wife and I were able to spend a lot of quality time without having to worry about anything. The location was perfect for our Rangers game. We really had a blast and will be back to this house for future trips.

Texas Rangers

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean house that is as nice in person as it looks in the pictures. Very easy to reserve, check in and leave at the end of our stay. Technically it is close enough to Globe Life Field to walk but Uber was worth the price, at least in August when it’s a 100+ degrees. Uber before the game for 6 adults and a two year old was $15, $34 after the game. We all agreed we will stay here again when we meet back up next year for our annual Texas Rangers weekend.

Supercross Trip

This is a great location to stay for activities at the Cowboy stadium, Ranger ballpark or Six Flags. This house is nice, clean and well maintained. The neighborhood is really quiet and it’s easy to get around the area. I will definitely stay here again.

Thankful for wonderful stay in Arlington!

Our group arrived late at night due to an event in the area. The property was as represented and was perfect for our group. Very easy to get to from the interstate and quiet neighborhood. Had one small concern come up and the property owner responded immediately and resolved it. If back in this area, we would stay here again!

Family and friends visit

The property was great! The location was very close to Choctaw stadium where we needed to be. I would recommend adding a half bath and stacking the washer dryer units. The fenced backyard was wonderful for our toddler. Overall a very enjoyable experience.

Family reunion

The house worked perfectly for us - during the day we had 10 people and of those people 6 spent the night. We were able to grill some of our meals outside and cook the rest inside. We had a wonderful time laughing and playing games at the dining room table. Shopping was close. I would recommend this property.

Dallas Getaway

Just as listed. Spacious clean home. Close driving distance to AT&T Stadium. Very helpful host. Had an issue with the door code one late evening and the host answered my call. The host was able to access it while on the phone and we were able to get in safely. We would stay there again.

Great Option for Place Close to Stadium

Overall, this was a great place to stay. There was plenty of space for 6 of us, and each of us had our own bed. Was about a 15-20 min walk to the stadium and fairly easy to get around to other places nearby. If I ever come back to the area, would definitely try to stay here again. Kitchen utensils were hit or miss and made cooking a little more challenging, but outside of that no complaints overall. Wish the weather was a bit better during our stay because it would have been nice to enjoy the awesome patio/backyard! Maybe next time! Had a tiny issue getting into the front door upon arrival/check-in, but host was great and was easily accessible for quick communication and support.

Nice home

Property is nice. Kids LOVED the Pac-Man & street fighter games available. Beds were comfy and room spacious. We were going to Globe Life field / Texas Live and I thought it was going to be a shorter walk. Would’ve been about a 20min walk, so we drove. It would be a shorter walk to AT&T stadium. They do have a volleyball net but no ball. Good overall.

Dallas Area Visit

This house is an excellent location if you are going to an event at AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Field or Choctaw Stadium. We were able to walk with no problem. The neighbors that we met were very friendly. The owners were very responsive. When we checked in, we noticed an issue with one of the shower heads. Within 30 minutes, they came and the issue was fixed. The air conditioner works great which is a must if visiting in the summer. My main disappointment with the house was the cleanliness. There is an opportunity to clean more thoroughly, especially under the beds and corners of the rooms. Also, there were stains on the bed linens. It’s an older house and I imagine there will always be maintenance things that could be improved. Because of these things, I wouldn’t consider this an “luxury” property as listed in the description. Overall, we enjoyed our visit.

Great space, great location, bit of a walk

The neighborhood is a bit older but the actual house has been recently renovated and looks great. There are 5 separate bedrooms as the listing states and most have queen sized beds and the master has a king. The only downside of the house is that there are only two bathrooms, with one being en suite with the master. Would be nice if there was a third bathroom but too late to change that now. The only other slight issue is the walk to the ballparks. Because of the house's location, you have to walk all the way out of the neighborhood and then double back which takes about 40 minutes for someone walking at a good pace. We found a way to cut through the sewer easement in the neighborhood which cut the walk in half but definitely is not a way you can go if you don't have good balance. The car ride over is 3-4 minutes so that's always nice if you can get a friend to drop you off or a car ride service. All-in-all it was a great experience!

Underwhelming + very misleading

Cons - Property was really old and looked ran down from the outside - landscaping was horrible far from luxury, there was spiderwebs and dead bugs stuck on the outside of the house as if the house were abandoned - didn't really feel safe in the house because the back fence didn't lock at all, and the backdoor was very old and flimsy - had to lift front door to lock the deadbolt - House smelled like plumbing and another fouls smell - House wasn't properly prepared for guest - Fans and appliances covered in dust as if they weren't used in over a year - Showers weren't cleaned properly I had to use my cleaning products before using the showers - Found a dirty sock tucked behind a pillow on the couch - Stains on appliances, furniture, bed sheets and pillows (not wear and tear I took a paper towel and wiped it right off) - baseboards were filthy - air fresheners were bone dry as if they were finished over a year ago - One of the wall sockets didn't work Pros - Excellent location - Property manager did come out when I called about complaints, he offered to clean the furniture, and baseboards, he also gave us new sheets which I appreciated not saying the sheets on the bed were dirty just had a lot of stains on them. Summary When you say something is luxury there shouldn't be simple issues like this. If they were to put outside pictures of the property I would not have booked with them because looking at the outside I could tell that it was not luxury.

Dirty and will not stay here again!

Property Manager didn't give us the code until we had to ask for it on the day we were driving up to the rental. Usually it's given before time of arrival. Decorative pillows had hair stands from previous guest or cleaning person. Patio was dirty, patio rugs was dirty, grill was gross and the fire wouldn't go down because all the previous food and Grease from past guest. Underneath the bed had trash. The master bedroom restroom door wouldn't shut all the way kinda hard to have privacy when using the restroom. The master bedroom door was hard to shut and when opening it was a very loud noise. Soaps in both restrooms were completely emptied. The light switches was dirty with grime and black stuff. If you're playing volleyball watch out for dog poop, did not know this was a pet friendly house. 😳 I guess the cleaning person forgot to empty the washer because there was dirty laundry in the washer. Everytime I talked to the property manager she kept on saying we've had great ratings and our cleaning person usually cleans it well but it's not inspected all the time. Well you may have had great rating in the past but my experience was not great! I believe all units should be inspected if your guest are important to you. Will I stay here again? Absolutely Not! I have given great ratings for places I've stayed before when it's deserved but this one, it's wasn't. Learn to clean your units and fix your doors so that they don't make noises and that they shut properly!

Needed toaster and k cup coiffee machine did not work. Otherwise good stay. Very nice for an older neighborhood. Conveniently located for baseball and football.
