We had a very enjoyable stay. Easy to find, plenty of room.The only negative thing was it’s on a busy road and there was a lot of traffic noise.

The property was very clean, easy to find, and offers great parking and spacious living areas. The host was responsive, and the location is fantastic. However, there are a few areas that need attention for better guest comfort. The limited number of glasses and the quality of some of the cookware and furnishings could use an upgrade; the towels and washcloths were low quality, and the bed in one of the rooms was missing its legs, making it very low to the floor, and a struggle to get in and out of. With a few minor updates, this would be a perfect place to stay. Also, note that the house sits on a busy road, and traffic noise in the back bedrooms is loud for light sleepers.

Awesome place!

An awesome house in a great location and so close to COTA. Great neighborhood with plenty of parking. The house was very clean and had plenty of room. We will definitely be looking to this house for our next trip to COTA. Great find and price! Highly recommend staying here!

Such a great host and house!

Thank you so much Sarin! Your house was perfect for our 8 person bachelorette stay. Nice and close to the airport for that tough, early Sunday flight home. Sarin is an amazing host- she was super communicative and helpful even when we needed help working the awesome AC after we arrived late, after midnight our first night. Would love to stay here again!

Overall this was not bad, however, there were some things that seemed really basic that were not good. The towels in the downstairs bathroom were still damp next day and smelled like mildew. The master bedroom comforter was also still damp when we arrived. I was going to rewash all the towels but no laundry soap. There was one kitchen towel and no cleaning supplies except a disgusting smelly sponge, dawn dish soap and dish tabs for the dishwasher. The walls and doors were dirty and clearly have not been cleaned for a while. The carpet was gross and stained. It needs to be replaced or cleaned. The pots and pans were scratched from being used which is fine but a couple were peeling. The ice maker/water in the fridge does not work. There were 2 ice cube trays- would have been nice to know that ahead of time. No ceiling fans in the bedrooms except master and only two fans for 4 bedrooms. In Texas in the heat of the summer makes the house hot. They have a nest system and it’s clearly set on a schedule making the house hot (75-76 degrees) over night. We tried to fix that. The house is on a busy road so you do hear the noise. That was not an issue for us. We requested an early check in several days in advance and it was approved with the expectation the cleaning crew could still be there. Fine with us. Day comes and we heard absolutely nothing for check in. We had to call and message multiple times to get the info. Truly with some changes could make this a great house!

Outstanding

Family of 5, plus 4 teen friends visited for long weekend. This home could not have been better. Clean, classy, modern. Accommodating. Great location central to area sites including Fredericksburg, New Braunfels, etc. Would absolutely stay again if we happen to return to Austin! Most comfortable bed ive had in years including my own!!

Nice 4 bedroom home

Very clean and modern. Close to F1 track and airport. Large kitchen and living room. Owner was very helpful.

Fantastic!

Sarin is a gem! She was very accommodating and we appreciated her patience and understanding. The property itself was very clean and every room which definitely put on a wonderful impression as soon as I walked in. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, so it’s great for families and nice distance away from the city. Overall, I highly recommend this property to anyone staying in Austin.
