Beautiful Pointe Royale resort in Branson. A lovely landscaped property. Our 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms condo is owned and managed by us. We are available to ensure our guests have a wonderful time. The condo is comfortably updated Including all new mattresses. Also, our great location is just a short walk to Lake Taneycomo, BBQ/Picnic and playground area. Located 10 minutes to Table Rock Lake and 17 minutes to Silver Dollar City. The Pointe is well away from the heavy traffic but close to everything Branson.

As in most 3 or more bedroom properties in Branson, the condo entrance is on second floor of building. Just upstairs from parking lot. Inside the condo, the main floor has living room, dining area, kitchren, laundry closet, master bedroom with master bathroom, plus the arch window bedroom and the main bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs (3rd floor of building) are 2 bedrooms, a den and a full bathroom. To find accessible properties, see filters on VRBO search.

At the condo, you are a short walk or ride to the Clubhouse, where you can eat breakfast or lunch, splash around in the indoor or outdoors pools, unwind in the hot tub, or work out in the workout facilities. A summer time Tiki Bar is open in the pools area. Spend the day at the pools! Our major problem is trying to get the grandchildren out of the pools.

The condo has a washer and dryer for your laundry needs. Handy if you spend the days at the pools. We supply laundry soap. Enjoy your favorite shows on the cable TVs. Stay connected with the free Hi-speed internet. Work from here if you must.

The kitchen has just about everything you need, from the range, refrigerator, dishwasher and many pans, glass cookware to many dishes and utensils. There are 2 dining areas, kitchen table for 4 and dining area table for 8.
The back patio has a lovely view of the Ozark Mountains and a glimpse of Lake Taneycomo. This is our favorite place for coffee in the morning before the afternoon heat sets in. We love to watch the many water fowl that liven up the view, too.

In the 3 bathrooms, towels, and basic toiletries are provided. Stay cool with the updated air conditioning, warm up with the heating. Our condo has everything you need for a memorable vacation.
