Enjoyed the stay

Comfy beds, quiet neighborhood and loved the seaside park at the end of the road. Kitchen was pretty bare bones but mostly adequate to cook. Steep stairs to second floor but all in all a cute cottage, great for 4 people.

Pleasant stay near family

The host was responsive and had a bed set up for our toddler after a long day of travel which we appreciated. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the cleanliness during our stay. However, we appreciated the host's responsiveness and found the location of the property to be convenient.

Christmas visit

The place was ok, the host was very accommodating, sorry to say but we all got sick with Covid and went home early

A dump in the ghetto!

The property was in a terrible section of town! There was garbage on both sides of the street. The house smelled, there were cracks in the ceiling, the baseboards were falling off the walls and it was not well stocked with pans, utensils, etc in the kitchen. Overall, not what I was expecting from Fairfield County.

Nightmare guest. After accommodating Janna and returning back half their stay I still get this review. Hosts, avoid her at all costs…

Graduation Stay in Bridgeport

Well, I have had the opportunity to stay in various VRBO Properties in the USA. I can say this was not the worst but I have had much better. Michael finally responded after I communicated the VRBO Customer Service. With much conversation(hours), he finally agreed to honor our reservations which I booked nearly 9 months prior to my actual arrival date. My family was traveling to attend a Yale graduation. We were not able to do an early check-in due to the necessary preparation to prep the house for our stay. Appropriate number of bath linen was not provided. The house is only two bedroom and 1.5 bath. The TV had to be replaced because it was broke. Michael did replace it the night of our arrival. There are no TV in the individual bedrooms. There are not any furniture(Clothing chesses or dressers) to place your clothes in. Coffee was provide but no filters or creamer. The house needs a deep cleaning. Too much dust. Top Lock on the front door would not secure it full lock mode. The Queen Delight Cafe has a great breakfast. My family was very impressed with it presentation and taste. I appreciate Michael quick response once we arrived. However, I don't feel I will be staying there again.

Adorable and super clean

My party of 3 really enjoyed our stay. The cottage was super cute and immaculately clean. The park at the end of the road was a great bonus. The neighborhood is working class but quiet and felt safe. The owner is super responsive to questions. We'll be back, thanks for a great stay!

SHU Parents Weekend

Great property. Came fully stocked with kitchen and bath stuff. Really didn't need to purchase much of anything to get you up and running. Very quiet neighborhood. Michael's recc's were spot on. A 2 min walk to Seaside Beach and park. Will return !!!!

Perfect Vacation for Our Family of 5

We loved staying here with our three children. The host, Michael, was very quick and thorough in his answers to my questions prior to booking and after. The actual house was as pictured and described. My family arrived on the metro north and we didn’t have a car. But we were so close to the beach that it wasn’t a problem at all. We especially enjoyed the restaurant Sweet Basil (through delivery) as recommended to us by Michael. We loved staying here and would come back!

Visit our daughter while she completes her last intership

This property met our needs! It was very clean and recently remodeld. The beds were very comfortable. The owner was very accommodating. Don't let the neighborhood scare you. If our daughter takes this job we'll be back. If you're 6'3" watch your head when using the stairs!
