Summary:
Enjoy a relaxing stay at this centrally located Trailside 45 Condo! Only 1.5 miles away from downtown Traverse City, this is the perfect spot to kick back, while being close to everything that northern Michigan has to offer. This first floor unit has easy access so you can walk right to the room with close proximity to the parking lot. Restaurants, bars, hiking and biking trails, and beaches are all nearby and awaiting you during your trip to Traverse City.

The Space:
This first floor unit has everything that you need to enjoy a comfortable stay in Traverse City. Walk into our master bedroom that has a queen size bed and a walk-in closet to fit all of your belongings (or new purchases). The master bedroom also an ensuite bathroom, stocked with toiletry essentials.

The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a walk-in closet to store your belongings. Don't worry if you decide to extend your stay, this suite comes with their own washer and dryer along with basic laundry supplies.

In the living room you will find a pullout sofa, additional seating, and a large flat screen tv. Trailside45 is a mile and a half away from downtown, known for their delicious restaurants. If you choose to stay in for a night, the kitchen is stocked with all of the kitchen essentials (utensils, basic cookware, dishes, keurig). A few K-cups will be provided to get your vacation started on the right foot.

**There is a Smart TV in the living room for you to use your personal login for streaming services, but no cable**

Great place

Great Trip!

The layout of this condo was excellent for our family. It was very clean and the location was perfect for us. It was close to the bike/walking path. The host was very good to communicate with when I had questions. The checkout was simple! We will keep this in our files as a place to visit in the future.

Clean and spacious.

Check in and out was smooth and none intrusive. I had to request for the signed agreement, it did not go through the first time. The place had a strong unknown smell that we had to buy a spray can to sanitize it. Security to the outside door can be improved by installing a lock and safety feature, a stick by the door is not safe to me. Over all a very comfortable stay.

Pretty good place

Host/management is very on top of anything sent to them. The property was clean and had all the extras needed, kitchen utensils, etc. A previous review alerted us that we needed to bring outdoor chairs, which we did. It would be nice to have those. The property is close to a main street so there is some traffic noise especially in the morning. The only issue was the hot water. It never seemed to get very hot and to take a shower you had to let the water run for quite a while just to get luke warm water. Otherwise, I would recommend this property.

Perfect size and location for us

Great location and perfect size for our family. The furniture was comfortable too, including the beds. It was great being on the TART. I would make one suggestion- add another comfortable chair in the TV/seating area. It was a bit tight with all adults.

Great condo!

We had a great time in this condo! It was very close to everything we wanted. It was super clean and awesome that we could bring our dog. The only I would change would be it would have been nice to have outdoor chairs. I would definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect for us. Minus the traffic from the construction, everywhere we went was within 15min. Everything was clean upon entry. Responses were very quick. All around a 5star stay.

Beautiful condo in Traverse City

We really enjoyed our stay at this very clean and beautifully decorated condo. The condo was located close to downtown and to the beaches. If we went to Traverse City again, we would definitely stay there again.

Very nice...clean property (and I am very particular) Close to everything I wanted to do...Traveled with a friend and her dog. We each had our own room with attached bathroom. I have no complaints at all...Would stay here again for sure!

Cherry fest visit

Great place to stay while in town for cherry fest. About a 30 min walk to the festival and area was quiet and felt safe. Check in process was easy and host was very responsive. The space was the perfect size for my family and had everything needed to cook meals. Would stay here again.

Easy Access to Beach

The condo was exactly as the pictures showed! It was the perfect location within 1 or 2 miles close to everything you need. The bike path led directly to the beach and downtown Traverse City. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Comfort and Relaxing

I missed the note with the key to getting in the building. In a panic, I emailed the host… and was thrilled to get a response in a matter of minutes… even though it was later in the evening. The condo had everything we could have needed, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and it was extremely relaxing. Even when it was time to leave, they made it super easy and accommodating. They took care of everything. If I’m ever in the area again, I will definitely stay here again. I just hope it’s available!! Thanks to our host for everything!!

Clean, spacious, great downtown location.

We've stayed here at the Trailside45 before for the Bayshore Marathon -- we love how close it is to the downtown as well as being walking distance to the race start location. The host communication was great, and they accommodated easily for us to bring our furry friend. The 1st floor and location within the building made it super easy for taking care of our dog. Everything was well stocked, labeled and clean. I would definitely suggest the following improvements: sliding door lock did not work -- only a wooden rod held it in place as a security mechanism but there was still a large gap which was easily a security issue; no chairs for sitting on the patio -- either update the listing to tell renters to bring their own chairs (e.g. camp chairs) or provide chairs; TV in the living room but no TV in either of the bedrooms -- as parents of 2 young children it's nice to be able to relax in bed w TV at the end of the day; couch was not very comfortable - would help to put in an ottoman to put legs up; Unit # was not provided with the check in details (access codes, e.g.) -- didn't realize this until we were outside the building, had to reach out to the host and wait. All are minor things, but, would improve the overall experience considering the cost.
