Amazing stay

This is such a wonderful house. It’s so clean and they have just about anything you’d ever need right there for you. It’s set up great and so comfortable. They left treats for us when we arrived and they have games and comfortable bedding and I can’t stress enough how clean it was. We didn’t get to enjoy the backyard but it was fabulous too. Superb for a family with any aged kids. We would definitely stay again if needed.

The Most Comfortable Home Away from Home!

Nevermind the obvious aspects of this spotlessly clean home but the host has thought of literally everything to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. We'll definitely be back if schedules allow! From a light breakfast to snacks to a stocked pantry to every toiletry you forgot and laundry detergent just in case, you almost don't need to pack a bag to stay here! We had a great time enjoying the back yard and all the games as well!

Amazing Stay

This was absolutely a beautiful home. Very easy check-in. Host was responsive and was able to accomdate all of our needs. I traveled with my family and the host made sure we was comfortable the entire stay. The house was very cleaned and stocked with all household needs. I would recommend this home to anyone without a second thought! If I was to come back here I would definetly stay here again without a second doubt. 10/10!

Family Christmas

The property was beautiful and well-maintained. It provided the perfect setting for our family gathering. There was ample space indoors and the patio and backyard provided additional areas for recreation. All of the bedrooms were very comfortable and well decorated. The TV/game room was a welcome edition for family activities. Perhaps the biggest welcoming surprise was the snacks, well stocked pantry, and refrigerator goods. While we did shopping for our family Christmas dinner, there was variety of breakfast and meal options already provided. This was especially appreciated on the first day of arrival when literally we would’ve had nothing to eat unless we immediately went shopping. After several days of traveling, the idea of venturing out to shop for groceries or eat at another restaurant was not at all appealing. The host was available whenever we had questions or problems. I would highly recommend this property and would anticipate that we will use it again when we have an opportunity for future family gatherings. This is truly a 10 star property. Excellent value for luxury accommodations.

Beautiful well furnished property

The house is perfectly clean and very well furnished. Loved the recliners in the game room. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you may need, as well as lots of snacks, breakfast items and drinks!

Best VRBO experience

The house was perfect, the backyard was perfect, the communication was perfect, there isnt anything to improve. We were blown away by the amount of snacks, coffee, and other accommodations. The house was immaculate. The kids loved the theatre room and the backyard games. The home was perfect for our family to "test drive" living in the Houston area while we shopped for homes for 5 days. We would definitely stay here again, without a doubt! Thank you Christie!!

This house felt homely. It is as pictured which I appreciated. We had enough spa e, the outside was our gathering spot in the morning and some evenings. The media room was amazing. The host goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

Girls weekend

I don't even know where to start with this house, this property exceeded every expectation that I possibly could have wanted! This house is extremely beautiful well put together where organized plenty of space the theater room is simply awesome! This house was well stock with treats, drinks, Towels, games Etc. The host was very kind she respond immediately, the backyard and Patio is breathtaking I have rented over 50 homes this is the top home I ever rented before I would definitely be renting this property again because it's breathtaking!

Carefree Getaway

What a beautiful, clean, spacious, and well-apportioned property! We spent a great weekend without a single want or need that wasn't provided. Christie was a wonderful host. Couldn't have been any better. We really loved the games and puzzles and all of the fun things to do. And the kitchen was marvelous. EVERYTHING we could ever need or want. Hands down 5 star stay

This was my first time using a house for our stay, so I had so many questions, and Christie was so nice and helpful through the whole process, the house is so beautiful, the game room and back yard was the highlight for kids, they loved it and had a blast, our stay was everything. Perfect VRBO experience

This house was exceptionally well stocked and appointed without feeling at all cluttered. The back patio was delightful for everyone in our group (ages 1 year old to 70). The movie room was a huge hit with the kids. The location is in a quiet neighborhood but only a few blocks away from a major road and was perfect for our weekend centered on a family wedding at The Springs. We had a group of 10 extended family members and everyone loved staying at this house.

Fantastic Stay.

This was a short family trip and weekend getaway. We arrived and were so impressed with this property. It was exactly what we expected. The owner thought of everything and no detail was lacking. We loved the game room where we relaxes and played board games together and watched movies. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, including fresh fruit and snacks. We loved being in the backyard in the evening as the kids played connect 4 and threw the ball outside. Beautiful patio. All in all, this was a wonderful place and we would definitely rent here again. Christie was so attentive to us and communication was easy. Thanks for a great weekend.

A Dictionary Definition of Texas Hospitality

Nestled in a quiet residential cul-de-sac, the first impression is of a typical suburban home. Inside, the space opens into a comfortable living area with a well-equipped kitchen that will meet the needs of any discriminating cook. A large master bedroom on the first floor, together with 3 bedrooms upstairs provided sufficient space for our extended family. The beds and linens are comfortable and the bathrooms are beautifully appointed. The theater/game room and the fully-furnished outdoor space provided the perfect venue for the three generations of our family to enjoy each other’s company. On its own, this property would deserve a 5 star rating. But what made it exceptional – that is, truly beyond 5 stars - are the personal touches Christie provides for her guests. Snacks, beverages, and treats were stocked in the house and had the feel of having been curated by our host based on her knowledge of our group. I can honestly say that we have never stayed in a more comfortable and hospitable home than Modern Cypress Haven. Congratulations Christie, you NAILED it.

Awesome Property

Perfect property!!

My family, including a 9 month old, stayed at this property since my son was getting married at a venue close by. This was my first time staying in a rental property. It was wonderful! Exactly as listed and more! Christie was easy to deal with and she had the house stocked with everything we could have needed! Back porch was perfect to sit, relax and be with family! Deserving of 10 stars!

Our stay was absolutely the best here! The house was clean, cute and cozy. So many small details that went into hosting us that made us feel that we were really welcomed - from the thoughtful gifts for the kids to the snacks and treats in the fridge. All the little details made everything so much more relaxing - inside and in the backyard. I wish everybody would step up to the level of care provided this weekend. My kids and the adults had a blast in the media room too. Beautiful house and wonderful service!
