This home includes ADA features such as a step-free entrance (with 3" thresholds at the front and patio doors) and 32" doorways downstairs in the front door, bedroom, bathroom, laundry room, and living areas. The home is fully furnished with brand-new appliances, furnishings, bedding, and towels, offering a luxurious interior design and spectacular views.

The house was designed to provide a peaceful retreat from the hustle of daily life. Downstairs features two dining areas: a cozy nook with built-in benches and a view of the golf course, and a larger dining area with a farmhouse table for 10 guests. The two family rooms offer plenty of seating, with one featuring a large sectional and the other two large sofas. A spacious downstairs bedroom with a king bed, recliner, and walk-in closet provides comfort, and the adjoining ADA-compliant bathroom includes a step-in shower, grab bars, and an optional shower seat.

Upstairs, the home includes an office area with an 8-foot desk, perfect for remote work, along with four more bedrooms. The master suite offers a king bed, walk-in closet, and a luxurious bathroom with a walk-in rainfall shower. Other bedrooms include two with king beds, one with two queen beds, and another with two double beds. All bedrooms have blackout curtains, memory foam mattresses, and premium bedding. The home is spotless, with luxury furnishings throughout.

Located at the end of a cul-de-sac in Highlands Reserve, this 3000-square-foot home provides quiet and privacy, along with breathtaking views of the golf course and pine tree forest. Guests can access the pool and hot tub, perfect for relaxation after a day at nearby attractions like Disney World, just 20 minutes away. Highlands Reserve offers scenic walks, championship golf, and proximity to shopping and dining, making it an ideal spot for rest and recreation.

• NO standing or sitting on the marble ledge between the pool and hot tub

• NO noise that can be heard outside of the home after 10:00 pm and before 8:00 am.

Check-Out is at 10:00 am sharp. Please wash and dry a load of towels, there is a lot of laundry that the cleaners need to get through the washer and dryer in time for the next guests. Take trash out to the bin on the side of the house, don’t stress about gathering it all up from all of the bathrooms. Food that is unopened and unused produce can be left in the fridge; this will be donated to local families in need.

This community is very quiet. It's not the place for loud outdoor music, or other noise that can't be kept inside the walls of the home. Please help to keep the neighborhood quiet and peaceful for surrounding residents and guests.

As for parking, the association is very strict about the vehicles. 2 vehicles can park in the driveway, and cannot be hanging out into the street at all. Some street parking is available but is not guaranteed.

Excessive cleaning from dirt, food in areas other than the kitchen and dining rooms, and/or garbage could result in an increased cleaning free. Missing or stained linens will be charged at $15/towel and $40/sheet.

Here’s the basic summary of the rules: Please treat the home as if you were visiting a friend that you actually liked and respected. Remember that a regular family put in a lot of time and money into the house to make sure the home is absolutely beautiful for you and many others. We’re teachers, doing our best to invest all of our resources into the premise that other families should be able to go on a relaxing vacation in a very nice home, without needing to worry about anything. We love to hear that our home helped a family make some awesome memories! But we aren’t a rich organization or big property management company, so if you’re planning on sneaking in a few people or pets, or let your kids jump on furniture with cups of grape juice, we (and future guests) would greatly appreciate it if you picked a different home. Thank you so very much for your understanding!

Hello!! I am a math teacher, and a previous Disneyland employee (Haunted Mansion! Woohoo!). My husband was a stilt walker in parades looong ago. We have 3 amazing homeschooled daughters, and we love to spend time together. It was our love for Disney that inspired us to buy a property near Disney World, and it makes me sincerely happy to help other families have fantastic vacations together! Making our home available to others is not primarily a business - it's actually important to me that guests have an amazing, relaxing, care-free trip.

We have 2 homes total homes that we provide as vacation homes for guests, both are in the Davenport area close to Disney. That's it! I'm not a big management company who is just aiming to keep homes occupied. So if you have any trouble on your trip, trust that you won't be directed to a voice mail box after 5 pm. I'm here whenever you need me, and I work very hard at making sure all of my guests are very happy with their stay.

We looked at literally hundreds of homes before buying Chantilly Chateau. We fell in love with it because of the privacy, the view, and the neighborhood. We take peace and quiet very seriously. I don't like to stay in places where I feel the neighbors are looking into my windows, or where a neighbor is lounging by their pool watching my kids swim. That's what makes Chantilly Chateau very unique - the shape of the lot gives you a large, expansive, neighbor-free feeling. From the back deck, you can look out across the pine trees and golf course and not see any other houses. It's like a quiet piece of paradise close to all of the Orlando chaos!
