OCEAN VIEW STUDIO & NEWLY REMODELED
Sands Ocean Club is a fun resort for couples or families! There is something for everyone. Enjoy the Ocean, indoor and outdoor pools as well as the Lazy River - all just steps away from your condo door.
Condo 304 is located on the 3rd floor, is NEWLY REMODELED and is gorgeous. It is an OCEAN VIEW STUDIO CONDO with a beautiful view that also overlooks the lazy river & oceanfront bar. Sit on the balcony and listen to the live music while relaxing with a view of our beautiful beach.
The condo sleeps 4 people with 2 brand new beds, 1 queen and 1 full. It has ceramic tile thoughout, no carpeting, and has a fully equipped kitchen area that includes a full size stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and mini fridge.
RESORT AMENITIES: The onsite amenities include both indoor and outdoor pools, lazy river, and whirlpool. The onsite restaurant is open daily for breakfast or come in from the beach and enjoy lunch or dinner at River City Cafe for some of the best burgers on the beach.
There is also a beach front bar with live music playing daily from March-November, weather permitting.
SANDS OCEAN CLUB RESORT has a reputation for being one of the most fun-filled resorts in Myrtle Beach! This resort provides a perfect setting for live entertainment and relaxing good times. You can listen to the music while relaxing on the beach or by the pool.
There is also the Atlantis Spa onsite which offers massages, facials, manicures and more.
If you decide to venture off the property there are many fantastic dining options minutes away along Shore Drive or Kings Highway. For shopping and entertainment you are only minutes away from Broadway at the Beach or Barefoot Landing.

Great accommodation

We spent 5 nice in this beautiful condo. It was everything we needed for our short Myrtle vacation. Very clean and updated. Would definitely stay again.

The view was absolutely gorgeous! Everything you could want was footsteps away. Beach, pool, live music, drinks, spa, cafe and convenient store all in the condo. Great location from everything else Myrtle Beach has to offer!

This was the perfect spot for my husband & I to stay! Walk out your door & onto the beach! 10/10!!!

This has been the easiest renting experience. The owners were friendly, accommodating, and communicative. They gave us recommendations of things to do in the area. The property was clean, decorated beautifully nautically, and centrally located to all the places we wanted to go to. We would 100% stay here again and will absolutely recommend to our family and friends who want to travel to Myrtle Beach.

A fantastic place to stay for a Myrtle Beach vaca!

The owners of the property are very responsive and prompt. The condo has been remodeled and it is stocked with everything you need. The beds are cozy, linens are soft, balcony looks over the ocean, it has a smart tv, the staff at the resort are so nice and attentive, I could go on but I'll just say, we will be staying here upon our return.

fun time at fun sands oceanclub

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great time. the bar and restraint built in to the hotel and band shelter sealed the deal. the only con was the walls are a little thin you can hear someone argue or there tv sometime. the bed was a little high for my elder sister and wife and chairs too. but overall the condo was excellent. clean stocked up good. will definitely stay again in the future every time if possible. All the workers were very nice. indoor pool and 2 hot tubs were great.

Better options out there for less

The room is as-shown, if you are familiar with this type of room it is what it is. If you are not familiar, the picture of the kitchen was taken from the bathroom - the 'kitchen' is the entry hallway. While there is room for a table for 4 there is only seating for two so you will be eating in shifts if you do cook there. The resort is OK, on quiet street with decent amenities. It is getting a little tired though. The problem is, it is not a VRBO. The owner has contracted to Ocean Breezes, who then contracted to VRBO. You have to drive an hour round trip from the resort to get the key. Then you also have to check in at the front desk to get parking pass, pool bands, etc. I found Ocean Breezes policies so be ridiculous - their check in materials was 8 pages of 'don't do this, don't do that' We had booked in this resort because my parents where there in a 3bed/2bath condo. So we booked a small room to sleep in, figuring we would be in the big unit most of the time anyway. When my mother fell ill, they had leave before we got there. I asked for an upgrade to a larger unit, which was vacant on the ocean breeze website. Was told no, cram into the hotel room. No 2bed upgrade allowed. I have flow millions of miles, have held top tier status on several airlines and hotel chains. We've also owned suites in myrtle beach ourselves when we came more often. Upgrading is good. Everyone wins. The two owners can split the revenue, it isn't hard to do. In all that travel, I have never been told "no, we don't want to upgrade you and would prefer to leave the larger unit empty instead". Never. We went to the front desk and inquired about getting the adjoining unit. Unfortunately it was rented for 3/5 of the nights and we didn't bother. The thing we learned while we we were discussion was we could have had that unit for LESS than what we paid from Ocean Breeze. Oops. Those 'checkout fees', 'cleaning fees' and 'linen fees' really add up! And of course they would be delighted to upgrade us. So in summary: decent little room, but just call the resort and book through them to get better service, pay less, save a of of hassle and give yourself some flexibility!

Overall, the stay was fine. Some things to consider, The bath towels-could use an upgrade, they r thin and a hole and some ratted edges. Beach towels-ok n wear but thin The balcony had some cigarette butts around the ac unit. There was a metal key(a child could have gotten) under the bed, I placed it above the bathroom door. Lastly, (and most importantly), the shower curtain desperately NEEDS to be replaced; it has MOLD AND MILDEW-HEALTH HAZARD! Yuck. I sent pictures to the property manager. THE KEY......YOU HAVE TO DRIVE 20 MINUTES INTO ANOTHER ZIPCODE IN IRDER TO OICK UP THE KEY AND THEN 20 MINUTES BACK TO THE CONDO. THIS ADDS 40 minutes to your arrival time. This was NOOOTTTT stated in the description. The unit is cute and love the view. The condo has entertainment in the bar each nite. Staff was ok. Beds r not greatly comfortable and the head boards r broken and loud with each turn or move n ur sleep. Condo was equipped with everything u nd.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great vacation rental. I would highly recommend it. My friend was visiting me from Vermont and we are already talking about coming back next spring. The only thing we found annoying was the check in process. Instructions were very confusing. When we talked with the vacation rental's person at the office she said she completely agreed and that they were looking to make the check in easier.

My wife and I first visited Myrtle Beach 18 years ago and instantly fell in love with the Grand Strand area. We love the beautiful beaches, palm trees, laid back atmosphere, wide selection of golf courses, abundant choice of daytime entertainment and shopping as well as night time entertainment, live music, dining, etc.
We are originally both from the Baltimore, MD area and currently live in Gettysburg, PA.
We loved the Myrtle Beach area so much after our first couple visits, that we decided to get married in North Myrtle Beach, and hope to make the area our permanent home soon.
We purchased this condo 8 years ago with the goal of spending more time along the Shore Drive area of Myrtle Beach. We visit the area and stay in our ocean view condo several times a year or more and we hope that you enjoy your stay and our beach home away from home as much as we do!

We love Sands Ocean Club for it's fun and lively atmosphere, Beach Bar with live music, River City cafe on premises and open 8 months out of the year, we can walk to the pier and fish or eat fresh seafood at Croakers - there's always something fun to do.
Sands Ocean Club is centrally located which allows for an abundance of shopping, restaurants and nightlife all located within a short drive OR you can have a great time without ever leaving the property.

Sands Ocean Club has been popular with those visiting the Myrtle Beach area since the first phases of the resort were completed in the 1980's. It's location tucked away at the end of Shore Drive gives Sands Ocean Club and the surrounding area the feel of it's own destination - away from the hustle and bustle that Myrtle Beach can be during tourist season. Yet most of the major attractions of the Grand Strand area are only a short drive away if you chose to venture out.
There are many options at the resort, or just a short walk away. Also a couple minute drive up Lake Arrowhead Rd. there are many choices for dining or a night out to have a beverage or listen to live music.
