This beautiful villa is located in the settlement of Kato Klima just outside of the village of Glossa on the island of Skopelos. Its secluded location feels private, despite its proximity to the beaches, Loutraki port, the Mamma Mia church and the village itself. The two terraces and the pool area have unobstructed westerly views of the Aegean. Beautiful 15 minute walk to the nearest beach and the port of Loutraki.

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. The views are simply breathtaking, and it was such a special place to spend our time on this incredible island.Skopelos has truly found a place in our hearts forever. We have created so many wonderful memories here that we will always treasure, and we feel incredibly fortunate and lucky to have had the opportunity to stay somewhere so beautiful.The island itself is absolutely stunning, the people are so warm and welcoming, and the food is incredible. There is something very special about Skopelos, and it has been a holiday we will never forget.Thank you for such a wonderful stay. We leave with very happy hearts and so many amazing memories. We very much hope to return one day.

Wonderful property

This is a fabulous villa. The views are amazing and the location on this beautiful island was great. The pool was so refreshing and the indoor and outdoor spaces were more than adequate. Very easy check in and check out with responsive host.

Stunning villa. As a family we only do villa holidays so experienced quite a few. This villa in the beautiful island of Skopelos will rank very high in our experiences.Host was very responsive and provided excellent communication throughout. Property managers were able to greet us and always on hand.Everything clean at the villa and the aircon was super efficient. Bedrooms well proportioned and beds are very comfortable.The best though is that view. Wow. Never got tired off looking over to Skiathos and the mainland or watching the boats and ferries dock at Loutraki below from either the pool, one of balconies or just in the living area.No shortage of outside options to set up camp either. I enjoyed the sunbeds, the outside chairs or retreating to the hammock under the Olive trees.Highly recommend a stay if you are looking to book.

Fantastic setting and lovely house

Dear Brigita and Greg Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to rent your fantastic house on Skopelos. We and our grown up kids and their girl/boyfriends really enjoyed the fantastic setting with a charming house, 180 degree view of the Aegean sea, morning runs/walks from the house to the harbour in Loutraki followed by a dip in the sea and a coffee, late dinners greek white wine on the balcony to the sound of crickets and amazing sunsets. Wir waren für eine Woche in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus, das all unsere Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt hat. Das Haus ist geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet, der Wohnbereich ist gemütlich eingerichtet, so dass auch ein Tag mit schlechtem Wetter sich hier gut verbringen lässt. Durch die großen Fenster im Wohnzimmer und die davorliegende große Terrasse hat man einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer und die Bucht von Glossa.Das Haus liegt sehr privat, das Grundstück ist von außen nicht einzusehen. Der Pool mit Meerblick liegt direkt vor der Eingangstür, man hat also Schlafen, Wohnen, Kochen und Schwimmen auf einer Ebene. Besonders beeindruckt haben uns persönlich die alten, wunderschönen Olivenbäume, die im Garten vor dem Haus stehen und wirklich etwas sehr Besonderes sind. Ein perfektes Haus für Menschen, die Ruhe suchen, die Natur lieben und diese Umgebung zu schätzen wissen. Sowohl die Gastgeber als auch das Ehepaar, das das Haus vor Ort betreut, waren jederzeit erreichbar. Die Kommunikation war überaus nett und freundlich, vom ersten Kontakt bis zur Abreise verlief alles unkompliziert und professionell.Der aus unserer Sicht einzige Punkt, den man beachten sollte, ist die Zufahrt zum Grundstück: eine unbefestigte, enge Straße mit zum Teil sehr steilen Abschnitten. Sie ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber nach ein paar Fahrten hat man den Dreh raus!Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und empfehlen das Haus unbedingt!
