The property was definitely as seen on the site, However being there and the experience of renting the property for a few days was GREAT! I was so comfortable I felt like I was living here. The hot tub and pool was a plus. The host was available for all communications if needed. If you are ever in the Tampa area, this property is a must rental.

We came here for our honeymoon as we go to Florida each year for vacation and got married earlier this year. We always stay in condos and this was the first house we have stayed in. We loved it! From the pool, to the hot tub, to the location itself. This is by far the cleanest place we have stayed during our vacations. And a huge plus - it was pest free! Other than the average tiny lizards outside, we didn’t have to deal with any other bugs. The enclosed pool is a huge plus to hanging out outside and not having to deal with any bugs. When we come back next year, we are certainly considering staying here again! Easy check in process, host was lovely. Couldn’t have asked for a better time!

Everything was awesome! House was in great shape, very well kept, very clean and maintained. Ioulia was in constant contact checking to ensure we had all we needed. It's very centric so it was easy for us to go to the beaches, go shopping and dining. We visit the area once a year and we will consider this home for future stays.

First stay here and I can say it may not be the last. Host was very up front with everything and checked in periodically by message to see if we needed anything and to fill us in on activities in the area. 65 was the normal temperature and the heated pool was warm enough to swim the whole time. Very clean place, and everything is there for you. Access to attractions is perfect. Fantastic stay.

Great stay in St. Pete!!

From the great communication to the wonderful accommodations, our stay here was perfect. All kinds of unexpected touches, from the fluffy towels, beach towels and beach chairs to the LOVELY pool and hot tub - a stay here will not disappoint! Quiet street, good location, a well stocked spice cabinet and kitchen and Keurig - it was an amazing stay for our group of four.

I loved this place. It was great. I hadn't seen my 3 kids for about a year and it was nice to have them meet me in this place. My only complaint is that the hot water from the kitchen sink would not get hot. But other than that i would love to stay with you guys again. Probably for Christmas.

Vacation for two

The house was very clean and very nice. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The pool and hot tub are excellent as we swam during the day and night and were very comfortable. The host is VERY communicative which is a rarity these days and we are very appreciative of that. Overall 10/10, will be staying again.

Great stay

My bridal party and I used this home for a 2 night stay the night before and of the wedding. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. It was perfect for us to get ready at and celebrate together. It was also in an excellent location which really helped with reducing additional stressors for the big day. Perfect for family vacations.

Great house, awesome pool and hot tub!

The house is clean, well-stocked, equidistant (~15 min) between downtown St. Pete on the bay side and the beaches on the Gulf side. Our family enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub every day, and especially at night! The host is extremely responsive, friendly, and kind. Certainly one of the best rentals we’ve had the pleasure of staying in!

Quick, easy, and great stay

Had a quick two night stay and everything was as expected and more. The pool was a great temp, hot tub was awesome, and communication from our host was fantastic. Big time props to having extra garbage bags, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towel, etc etc. Anything we forgot magically appeared in one of the cabs or drawers. Highly recommend.
