Family week

Perfect location that was close to Lakewood ranch where we have family! Pool Was great and Courtney was wonderful to work with and very responsive. Loved how the extra room Was off the pool area.

Johnsons Bradenton FL Gathering 2024

The house size was exactly what we needed for our family gathering. It was clean, fully equipped, and close to the location where other family members were staying. Front entrance was confusing & not convenient for people staying in main house, so mainly used the garage entry. Pool suite was nice but needed a sitting area & wall clock. More bath towels would have been nice, especially with three children. Hostess Courtney was very accommodating & responded promptly to our requests & concerns.

Great house!

This house was perfect for our family trip. The location was incredibly convenient, the kids loved the pool, and we had a great time watching for wildlife from the porch. Courtney was very responsive to communications both ahead of and during our stay.

2 Masters, Beautiful Neighborhood

We had a great stay at this VRBO property in Sarasota, FL. The house was impeccably clean and featured two master bedrooms, which provided plenty of space and privacy for our group. The pool was a fantastic addition, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location is both safe and situated in a nice neighborhood, ideal for leisurely walks. Highly recommended!

This property was great for a family that needs space and gathering places. The pool area and back patio were just perfect to relax and have cocktails while the kids played.

Family Spring Break

This property was exactly as advertised. Plenty of room for two adult couples and 4 boys, ages ranging from 16 - 21. Everything that we needed for day to day living was at the house. The house was very clean. Neighborhood was great! The host, Courtny, was fantastic. Answered questions immediately. Gave us plenty of ideas of what to do when we asked. Can't say enough great things about this property and Courtny. We hope that we can visit again in the future!

Family vacation

The property was very nice & plenty of room for our family. It is in a great location with lots of stores around. The only criticism we had is that there was very little dish soap & paper towels.

As advertised

This property was as advertised and definitely served its purpose. There were one or two extremely minor issues but otherwise would definitely try to secure if we return next year for the GA Champions Cup soccer tournament. The host, Cortney, was very responsive and courteous anytime we had a question. The kids also got to see a gator sunbathing out back, from a distance of course.

Fabulous

Communication with Cortney was friendly, quick and efficient. Property was exactly as presented and worked out perfectly for extended family who came down to visit for a week. The layout is PERFECT for privacy and also group hang out time. Will be using this property again for sure! Thank you!

Perfect house, perfect location

We were a group of 60 year-old women in town for a dragon boat festival. The house was perfect, located close to Nathan Benderson Park and to many good restaurants and stores. Cortney, the Property Manager, was easy to reach. We even had an alligator in the lake outside our back door who visited us twice. We will definitely rent the house the next time we re in the area.

Fantastic!

We had an amazing stay. This is by far one of the best rentals we’ve ever stayed in. The atmosphere of the home was cozy, comfy, and family friendly. Also, everyone had their own privacy as the bedrooms are spread apart. We absolutely could not have stayed at a better place!

Nice house and location

House worked perfect for my family of 4 and in-laws. In laws had their own quarters. Could have easily fit more. Very functional house.

Perfect for our 3 generation family stay

This property fit our needs so well that I chose it even though there is a 4 day minimum and my family would only stay 3 days. It didn't disappoint! We traveled with my son, daughter-in-law and their 2 young children and my husband's elderly parents. Everyone had their own space and we also gathered together around the pool and in the beautiful kitchen. The pool is literally the heart of this home; the front door opens on to it and all rooms surround it. We also loved drinking our coffee in the lanai that faced the pond, and a bonus for my granddaughters was an alligator sighting in the pond - very interesting for Illinois girls Ü The girls used and loved the pool toys and rode scooters in the neighborhood. Speaking of the neighborhood, it's beautiful, and neighbors were very friendly each time we were out and about. Shopping and restaurants are close and that was a plus. The only negative was that carpeting in the living area had stains. A hard surface flooring might be a better choice in this area. This is a minor complaint - overall the house was very clean, and linens were fresh. I hope to return!

Insecure (door handle to sliding glass coors broken and could not fully close or lock), unclean, broken furniture, very worn carpet and furnishings, and long outdated decor. Property manager had no current knowledge of property condition first hand because she is based in Chicago. But she was very polite and professional. We canceled upon seeing the condition and she agreed to give full refund.

Exceeded expectations

Cortney was a dream to rent from, beyond responsive. Extremely well equipped and fun layout, everyone has their own “wing” of the house. Worked perfectly. Highly recommend

Our son got married on Longboat Key.

The house was perfect. We really enjoyed our trip. The house is close to anything you would need. Owner was very responsive and friendly. Would stay here again.
