Sandy Feet Retreat #1601 Beach Service Included - 2 Chairs and Umbrella

This first-floor, two-bedroom, two-bath unit is the perfect place to stay for your next beach vacation. This ground floor unit has direct back porch access lush backyard area and is only a 3-4 minute walk from the beach.

We are sorry for the inconvenience, but our Tennis Court Reconstruction will begin the 3rd week of October 2026.

Chateau La Mer II’s community is a desirable, family-oriented complex, perfect for a peaceful get-away. We are a short walk to Captain Dave’s and Kenny D’s Restaurants. Feel free to cool off in the Chateau La Mer II’s pool or try your hand at tennis located on-site. Take advantage of the complex's outdoor grills and adjacent playground when you need a break from going out. There is no through-traffic, so families with children can easily enjoy the outdoors. Linens are provided, but please bring beach towels.

Everything you need is nearby, and Destin offers so many different recreational activities, there is something for every member of the family. From arts and culture to eco-tourism, from fine dining to quick bites, from sports and adventure to shopping and spas; the Destin area has it all.

Beach service is March 6th through October 25th 8:00am - 4:00pm

This property is NOT available to parties of adults under age 25.

Snowbird Season runs from November thru March. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $100 cleaning fee. March rentals are from the 1st to the last Saturday of March.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.The cleanliness of the property was great and the listing was very accurate in its depiction. The proximity to the beach was wonderful and the fact that the stretch of beach we were on is private to the condos was a big plus.Communication with the host was great and they sent a ton of helpful recommendations ahead of our stay.Would definitely recommend and visit again if we head back to Destin.

Upon our arrival, we found the refrigerator above 40 degrees, the stove not working, oven full of crumbs and microwave door handle very broken. We called Richard, the property manager who was responsive to our call. The owner ordered new appliances, except the microwave which worked despite the broken handle, and we received them 2 days later as it was a Saturday. Richard did supply us with ice but we had to live out of our ice chest for 2 1/2 days of our 5 day stay. When I mentioned to Richard a couple of times about a possible compensation for our inconvenience, it was clear that he was not going to do that.In addition, the towels were thin and scratchy and there were only 2 dish towels. If you have neighbors upstairs with kids, the walls are paper thin. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, only because it's the beach. Better luck to anyone renting this condo.
