I enjoyed my stay at this villa. It was very clean and had everything I needed for my stay. I loved how close it was to Driftwood Beach and other popular attractions on the island.

Everything was clean and in order. Only stayed one night and one day. Good location to where I needed for meeting in Brunswick.

Quick trip with 2 young kids

Great location. Exactly as shown in pictures except laundry is on campus, not the actual unit. Nice pool and right on the bike bath

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Need a new mattress in the bedroom. It was very bad.

Wonderful Location

Loved the location with only a 5-10 minute walk to beautiful Driftwood Beach and right on the bike path. The kitchen was well appointed with plenty of cookware, utensils, dishes, glasses and sharp knives! Very impressed with Parker-Kaufman's quick response to resetting a malfunctioning lock and unclogging bathroom sink. Our only recommendations are; it’s time to replace the sagging mattress, replace unsecured hairdryer mount, clean the bathroom fan vent and provide countertop sanitizing products.

Unexceptional

Looked like a cheap renovation. Paint and tile. Beds horrible with large sagging in the queen and bad mattress on the sofa bed. The bathroom sink drained very slow. The drain looked like it was installed by a blind plumber. Tub 40 years old with stains and scratches. I wouldn't rate this unit as exceptional. We won't be back.

The place is very cute and clean. It’s a plus that they are pet friendly as we were traveling with our small senior dog. The pool was also very nice and even had a shallow 2 foot pool for the littles which my 4 month old really enjoyed!
