Welcome to your new favorite vacation spot! Grand Caribbean East 308 is perfectly situated in the Crystal Beach area of Destin on pedestrian friendly Scenic Hwy 98! Walk, run, bring/rent scooters or bikes, rent a golf cart if you like and enjoy this “small beach town” feeling just moments from all the action of Destin!

This beautiful 3rd (top) floor condo boasts stunning Gulf views and is steps from the beach.

There is a king bed in the bedroom, twin bunks with an additional twin trundle pullout (total of 3 twins) in the hallway. The twin bunks are XL and can accommodate an adult.

There is a (new 2023!) washer/dryer, dishwasher, smart TVs with cable also in the living room (NEW 55” as of June 2024!), bedroom, in BOTH bunks (only unit in the building with this!!) and high speed WiFi! Brand new couch and chairs April 2025! Parking is conveniently located just behind the complex.

The heated pool and hot tub are available to enjoy year-round!

You will love the proximity to the crystal clear waters of the Gulf and the powdery white sand as well as quick access to endless restaurants, shopping and entertainment! Many cafes, restaurants and shops are even within walking distance! We can't wait for you to experience and fall in love with Grand Caribbean East 308!

**THERE IS NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE UNIT OR ON THE BALCONY (a designated smoking area is in the parking lot)**

**Please be aware that the building does not have an elevator and this unit is located on the 3rd floor**

**We provide just enough essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags to get you through your first day - please come prepared with these items or plan to purchase!**

Such a nice place and convenient location to everything. The beach is steps away with a pool/ jacuzzi on property to enjoy. We’ll totally come back here! Everything was pristine and clean! Laura was extremely helpful and responds very quickly. Beautiful, comfortable place with a nice balcony view.

We were very impressed with this host and this property. The property was very cute, quiet, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel at home. It was a very easy 3-4 min walk to the beach. The host was so thoughtful and kind and really went out of her way to accommodate us. We enjoyed our stay so much and would gladly return to this location in the future or recommend it to others!

Location was great, easy access to the beach! Kids loved their own TVs in their bunks. Hosts were easy to communicate with and respond quickly with any questions. Would definitely book this place again!

Communication with this host was the most pleasant and efficient experience I've had renting. She was entirely accommodating and helpful of our stay. The condo itself had no issues whatsoever and was equipped with everything we were looking for. It was also in a wonderful location with great beach access and accessible parking. I highly recommend!

Destin Vacation

We had a great stay in Destin! The location was absolutely ideal—close to everything we needed but still felt peaceful and relaxing. The place was very clean and well-maintained, which made it feel super comfortable right away. We especially loved the pool and the surrounding area—it was perfect for both relaxing and spending time with the kids. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Great location, unit is on the 3rd floor with no elevator so be aware if you have mobility issues. Otherwise great stay. Only knock was the appliance delivery to the unit next door at 7am on a Saturday.

We obviously cannot control things outside of the unit specifically and are so sorry you were bothered by a delivery to another unit; furthermore we do list that this building is third floor and has no elevator in our listing description. We sure wish we could have earned your 5 stars, it’s what we strive for!

Perfect location

The unit was excalty as listed, clean, and well stocked. Access to beach is amazing and only a few minutes walk from unit. Decor was tasteful and unique which made it feel more comfortable and intimate. Will definitely stay again.

With overhead lighting in all rooms/halls and an additional 2 end table lamps in the living room and 2 end table lamps in the bedroom, I’m not sure where else we would add lighting, but we’ll surely take that into consideration! Fun in the Sun

We had the best time on our stay in Destin and this property was so cute and cozy! Very clean and comfortable also. The perfect getaway

We had an absolutely amazing time here and love how easy accessible the beach amenities were. There was plenty to do around and we didn’t have to always take our cart being so close. Very clean and has everything you need. The kids loved the beds with the tv.thank you we will definitely be back!

We chose this property because of it's stunning views of the ocean, the super short walk across the street to the beach and because it's just such a beautiful area where you can walk to many restaurants if you choose and plenty of entertainment, shopping and more is just a short drive! We hope you love Destin as much as we do!
