Large four bedroom, 2 full bathrooms and 2 half bath private villa with private pool, large main house and pool deck, two barbecue stations, two decks, two large Samsung refrigerators (one in garage for overflow) Lake and Mountain View's, community boat launch; sleeps up to 14 guests and has a large circle drive and private parking. Ample indoor and outdoor local activities including fishing, hiking, boating, winery and quality restaurants in Abingdon VA. No smoking on premise and pets are allowed with pet deposit.

This property was perfect for our family vacation. It is located in a beautiful setting with a very nice view of the lake and mountains. The decks and pool are very well done and comfortable. Easy access to Abingdon which is beautiful small town. Even had a very nice family dining experience at The Tavern. Overall - superb!

Our whole family stayed here for our summer vacation. The house worked well for us and we appreciated that it came with some toys and baby items like a high chair and pack and play … and pet friendly! We enjoyed dinners on the deck with a beautiful view of the lake, a campfire, and pool time (the private pool is lovely). The hosts were great communicators. Things we enjoyed doing in the area: Greyson Highland State Park, biking the VA Creeper Trail, Barter Theatre, inflatable water park, visiting the dam, and Bristol Caverns.

The pool unfortunately was not available which was a disappointment however everything else was fine!! Beautiful area!! Gorgeous views!!!

Abingdon Stay

Our stay was great. This was our 3rd year staying at this location. It is a great property in a great location. Eveline is great to work with, even checking on us during a storm on our last stay.

We had a blast! We stayed here for a NASCAR race at Bristol with another family and we had a great time. The space was clean, well-equipped, and was on a beautiful piece of property, with lots of outdoor space. Kids loved the cereal provided, pool and hot tub. This was one of the best VRBOs we’ve rented and we would definitely come back.

A wonderful place to stay! We loved it for our family holiday celebration. Very close to downtown Abingdon, as well as the Tri-cities. The pool is beautiful (even though we didn’t use it as it’s out of season). The hot tub was a great perk. The home is one of the most thoughtfully and well-stocked rentals we’ve ever stayed. Very family friendly! Thanks for sharing with us.

Beautiful setting

The house is in a beautiful location. Lot of wildlife, house overlooks the lake and is so peaceful. My family and I loved the pool and hot tub. We explored Abingdon and had such a great time. The only downside is the house needed a lot of TLC.

Plenty of space for our super large family. Lots of extra mattresses & bedding. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the floorplan - 2 large living rooms & plenty of chairs around the large dining table. The hot was perfectly positioned on the deck and the view was stunning - sunrise & lake views. Fire pit & grill both came in handy! The breakfast cereal & snacks were very thoughtful! Our grands enjoyed playing in the garage with toys. Nice touch! We would definitely visit again.

We really enjoyed our girls getaway trip. The house was neat, clean and had plenty of space for all of us. The pool was by far our favorite part. I highly recommend staying here!

Family reunion

Loved staying here. Roomy enough for 6 adults and 4 kids. Beds comfortable. Nice deck and furniture to sit out. Loved the view of the lake and mountains from the deck. Pool was a huge fun time for the kids. We are planning on coming back next summer! Highly recommended!!

Exactly as advertised

Our stay was awesome and the property was just as it was advertised. There was plenty of room for our party of 9. We lived watching the deer on and around the property and hanging out of the huge porch. We spent several days in the pool and the hot tub was a great way to wind down at night. Eveline was so easy to work with. We would 100% stay here again!

Bach party

I stayed here with my sisters and some friends for a bachelorette party. This is the perfect place for a low key party. We were out by the pool for two days and explored downtown Abington which about a 15 minute drive. Beautiful view of the lake.

Picturesque view

The house was perfect for my husband and I , my 2 children , their spouses and 6 grandchildren . We had everything we needed at the house and the owner is very nice. The Pool was awesome . Abingdon is a nice town with lots to do.
