During your stay you'll full access to this unit and the amenities offered.

Once inside you'll find the living room with large flat screen tv, large dining area and spacious kitchen fully stocked.
The second floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds and 1 with a king. You'll also find a full bathroom on the second floor.
Out back you'll find a large deck with plenty of seating and an amazing view of the city.
There is a laundry area in the basement with washer and dryer.

Our place is about 20 minutes from KCI airport. We are only a couple minutes drive or a 20 minute walk to the Sprint Center, Union Station and Crown Center, KC Convention Center is only a 10 minute walk. A 10 minute drive to the American Royal Center. 20 minutes to both the Royals and Chiefs stadiums in Kansas City, Mo. We are also about 30 minutes from the Kansas Race Track and Legends shopping area. Options to get around, if you do not have or rent a vehicle, are Uber, Lyft or Bird Scooters.
The Street Car is less than a mile away, which will take you between the River Market and Union Station.

Pets are welcome for a nominal pet fee -$40 per pet. $100 per pet for long term stays.
Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds.

No parties or gatherings.
The number of people in the unit may not exceed the guest count on the reservation unless special permission has been granted. This extends to the building amenities as well.
