Location location location!! Just minutes away from Historic Downtown Beaufort and The Waterfront Park (less than a 5 min car or boat ride away), which have so much to offer! Located approximately 7 miles from Parris Island MCRD.

The property has a high bluff that overlooks the Intercoastal waterway and Beaufort's famous sandbar.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom guesthouse is on one level, with no stairs required to enter or exit the property, and is detached from the main house.

Please note: dock access is only for main house guests (also available for rent).

We had a pleasant stay at this property. The accommodation is basic but offered two bedrooms and was a good value for the price. The kitchen had the essentials, although the selection of utensils was fairly limited, and the furniture was also quite basic.One bedroom was noticeably warmer than the other, which may be something to consider depending on the time of year.The host was very responsive and quickly addressed our questions and requests, which we appreciated. The location in Beaufort was convenient and worked well for us.One thing to be aware of is the driveway exit. Pulling out can be difficult because the driveway is located on a blind curve, so extra caution is needed when entering or leaving the property.Overall, a reasonably priced, basic accommodation in a good Beaufort location with a very responsive host.

Great location and spacious. Needed a lot of TLC no curtains or blinds on 4 windows, low water pressure, 1 shower didn’t work, no tables or benches to put suitcases had to put on floor, overhang of granite couldn’t see what to press to start dishwasher, door code changed had to call host. Ice machine worked great. Great price for our 5 day visit.

The guest house was roomy and was very conveniently located. Beds were clean and comfortable and allowed privacy fro my brother and myself for our long golf weekend. The host communicated well. Although we didn't use them, there was a large washer and dryer available. The heat and AC worked great. We had everything we needed to make meals and to be very comfortable duirng our stay.

The location was very close to many of the attractions and tasty eateries in Beaufort, SC. It was very spacious, quiet, and tranquil. The hosts were very involved and accommodating. The pier was also very nice. I will be visiting again.

BAD: Not clean. Everything cheap, that's why the lock didn't work right and bugs can get in. No ammenities. No support staff. On a curve on busy street - getting in and out isn't easy. No towel racks not counters in bathrooms. GOOD: Location. AC & refrigerator worked. Beds OK

The front door doesn’t shut all the way then the kitchen had bugs in it and the ac wasn’t working properly it wouldn’t get lower than 78 until 12:00 at night and the dryer started smoking thought it was gonna catch fire and half of the lights wasn’t working and zero privacy the windows have no curtains or blinds and the place definitely doesn’t not look the same in the pictures like looking at fraud and the WiFi and internet wouldn’t work either as it was listed to have that I’m very irritated it was not what it says it is and we only stayed one night and I feel like I deserved a refund because that whole vacation was ruined cause I couldn’t afford to go somewhere else feels like I got scammed

Weekend Airshow Trip

Visited for long weekend to do some boating and see airshow. Great location convenient to downtown and marina. Host was very accommodating for our schedule. Place could use a little TLC but was clean and had everything we needed.

The host did not respond to calls; the voice mail was full. Never had opportunity to meet host. The contact person, Joann was not listed as host and seemed to be involved more than the host.

Guest House is great!

Property & location were great!! The inside was freshly painted & fresh. There were no window coverings on the living room/ kitchen windows. Bedrooms had curtains. Showers & amenities were nice. Mattresses were a little worn. We really enjoyed our stay!! Photos on VRBO are true.

Nice location, clean

Great location. Guest house roomy and clean. Only negative 2nd BR needs door or curtain. Overall grounds & exterior need some TLC. Would stay there again without question.

Great Location

House had a decent amount of mold and could really use a deep cleaning. It's in a great location and I would stay again if I knew it would be clean. We ended up leaving a day early.

Near Perfection

Good central location, spacious, good amenities, good kitchen, comfortable bed, good shower, attentive hosts, nice view of the water. Would like to see a door on the second bedroom and another towel rack in the rear bathroom.

Had a great trip

Easy to work with the property owners, and nice location in Beaufort. The house has comfy beds and all the things we needed. It was not fancy, and my wife was a little bothered by dusty blinds and fan blades. I wish the bedroom had blcurtains.

Perfect Location

This is the perfect location. Managers were very nice to deal with. House needs a little updating & guest house needs air condition fixed. Other than that the say was great!

It was very clean and in a great location and well stocked with necessities. Living area furniture was very sparse and uncomfortable. Hooks and some kind of shelving in the bathrooms is needed.

We never interacted with the host But the amenities were okay, it would have been nice to curtains between us and the neighbors.And some cooking and baking utensils.We had to buy a cookie sheet because there was Only one baking pan, no cookie sheets. And we only had two pods for the dishwasher, NO liquid dish soap so we had to calculate our four day dish use.
