There is no laundry in the condo, but there is a central coin laundry room area in the building. There is no outdoor BBQ grill. The hot tub, gym, EV chargers, and laundry area are shared building amenity spaces and are available on a first come/first serve basis. Parking is limited in Canmore, especially during high season May-September. Your condo has one dedicated parking spot available. If you are bringing more than one vehicle, you will have to find street parking nearby or in the Town of Canmore paid parking lots. We do appreciate your understanding of this.
