I would highly recommend this VRBO. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed available at the property. The check in process was seamless and the host was very attentive, accommodating and friendly.

Had a wonderful stay in Saugatuck. The property was very nice as shown in the photos. Lots of helpful info was provided as well. We would stay here again in the future!

This was a great stay for us. It’s is about one mile walk to town which was fine for us because we like to walk. The information binder is excellent. Lots of ideas and suggestions. I liked the quiet deck on the back for my morning coffee time. Lynn is a very good property owner.

We enjoyed our time in Saugatuck. The property was spotless and cozy. Lynn, our host, made us feel welcomed and responded to questions quickly. The property is exactly as described and the photos are an accurate representation. The beds were comfortable, and everything that is needed for a week stay was provided. It’s a little less than 1mile walk into the downtown area, and the shortcut through the nature preserve is very pretty.

This rental is great. It is very clean with new appointments, well decorated and had everything that we needed for a 4 day stay. The back deck with table and chairs was very nice, and we spent a lot of time out there between our excursions. This was my first time in the Saugatuck area, and the location of the rental was centrally located to most everywhere we wanted to check out. a couple minutes to downtown Saugatuck. 5 minutes to Douglas, 10 minutes to Holland.

We couldn't say more about our stay in Saugatak. Our place was wonderful, and it made it easy to get to the downtown area. Our Host Lynn was very responsive with any questions we had. I highly recommend a stay here!!

Super clean, close proximity to town and only about ten minutes from Oval Beach! Lynn went above and beyond communicating from the day we booked through the entirety of our stay! We spent Day 1 renting a boat from Unsalted, Day 2 and 3 at OvalBeach after picking up sandwiches from Farmhouse Deli and Pantry. Highly recommend a laid back and filling dinner with the Southerner. Woosah and Uncommon coffee shops offered the perfect start to the day!

Perfect getaway with our close friends as we celebrated our recent retirements. Property was very clean and beautifully decorated. Lynn was excellent in communicating our check in/out process. There was a very thorough guide book provided to assist us in recommendations for restaurants, wineries, and other activities. The location was easily accessible to downtown Saugatuck. We walked along the nature trail to go downtown several times. Enjoyed breakfast on the patio. Overall would recommend this property to anyone traveling to Saugatuck!!

Had a great time in Saugatuck at this wonderful rental. It was immaculate when we arrived and certainly had everything we needed for our stay. Extremely clean and well stocked. Working with Lynn was truly a pleasure and appreciated her flexibility. I would highly recommend this property!

You were in town for a family wedding. I rented this property for my son, his wife and new baby along with his in-laws who were helping with child care. They said the property was perfect for their stay. Very clean and comfortable and a great location!

Visiting this property is like visiting an old friend who left you the lockbox code and a note to enjoy your stay- with almost everything needed for a great visit. The place is immaculate and has great space with two full baths, a full kitchen, a game room, etc. What makes this place even more special, though, is the host! Her thoughtfulness shows throughout the stay with great communication and attention to what guests need. She even keeps a binder of her recommendations about local restaurants and things to do- color coded! There’s plenty of parking on the driveway and attached garage. The next time we stay in Saugatuck, we’ll definitely stay here.

Let’s summarize our stay… WOW! This townhouse was even better than expected. From booking, to checking in to checking out, Lynn’s communication made the process a breeze. I’ve stayed at numerous properties around the Saugatuck and Douglas area and this is by far the best. This was a friend trip and having two separate bedrooms, bathrooms and even sitting areas made it feel that we weren’t always in each other’s way. Cleanliness Amenities Local interest book and directions Location Communication Comfortable bed Highly recommend—- except the days when I’d like to book again Thanks Lynn for an enjoyable stay
