ORV/Dune friendly neighborhood with direct Dune access, ride from the yard to the Dunes. You can ride from Spinreel (Ten Mile Creek) to Boxcar (Northbend Bridge) just over 8 miles of beach and even more miles of dunes to ride. Largest dunes on the Oregon coast

Imagine waking up and having breakfast lakefront and then getting in/on your sand toy and riding directly into the dunes from the driveway. Don't have a ORV? Rent a Utv or Quad from one of the 3 Rental company's and ride back to the house thru the dunes! Ride on the beach or the dunes from one end to the other. There are 3 entrance into the dunes from this neighborhood! One is only a minute ride from the driveway!

15 minute drive to Umpqua/Winchester bay, home of Banshee hill, Umpqua light house, the five fingers and the "drag" area.

Bandon dunes golf course is 30 miles away

Other local activities are golfing, clamming, fishing, jet skiing, boating, crabbing, swimming, hiking, gentleman's club, gambling/casinos and going to the many oceanfront views. Lots of seafood and other restaurants within 1/2 an hour or closer. Perfect for getaways, friend & family gatherings, or celebrations.

Great location, comfy, cozy and convenient.

We had a wonderful time at this property. Location, location, location, riding the dunes and relaxing on the lake side was perfect.neighbors were great too. The black duck was so fun to watch!

Perfect Dunes Getaway

This house had everything you could need, it was a nice safe neighborhood, and had dune access. It was just my husband and I, but more than enough space for 2 families. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Great location to hop on the dubes, plenty or parking, house had all you could ask for dishes, bbq, canoe, and paddle boat. Plan on returning

Sweet Spot

We stayed here for the EZ dune access. Great access to the dunes a bit away from the congested spots on the dunes. We will stay here again. Lots of parking, cool waterfront location. Good times.

Great Location

The house is clean and well stocked. Lots of outdoor space to park trucks and trailers. Direct access to dunes. Great location!

Awesome spot!

Being able to hop on the quad, and ride to the sand was an experience everyone should feel. Although I was out on the sand most of the time, my wife and kids enjoyed a cozy home like feel while being away. I highly recommend!

Perfect Location

Took family to dunes for long weekend.Perfect access from house, great fire pit and even got to enjoy the paddle boat..highly recommend Spinreel UTV rentals, the whole staff was awesome! Over all great weekend!

Loved Oregon

We had a great time visiting the Oregon dunes. The house was perfect and was fully furnished and the dunes access was easy to get to. Will definitely be coming back again.

Great location

The house was perfect for our family. Plenty of room in the house and outside for all our toys. The sand dunes are very close and easy to find. We are definitely coming back!

Family vacation

Had a great time, wish weather was little better but can't help that with mother nature. Loved the house and yard, but the yard could used little love, overall we all had great time together ❤️

Great for Dune Riding

This place was much larger then we expected, very well stocked, lots of parking, beautiful back patio view! We enjoyed the fire pit, and in the morning watching the family of geese cruise by. I was super pleased and will be planning another trip with this rental again.

Riding at the coast.

It was a great time we celebrated my Birthday and our granddaughters birthday and our 45 anniversary,so it was a fun trip for all,thanks again for letting us stay at your place we hope to do it again soon we will let you know when.

Amazing dune access

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this property with our 5 sons. We brought our SxS and dirt bikes to ride the dunes, so we really appreciated the close access. I appreciated the shelving in the kitchen to place food supplies on. Beds were comfy and though we brought paper products, towels, fishing poles, etc- it was nice to see those items there in case we forgot. Only suggestion I would have is for more lighting. I think a few bulbs were out and with darker fixtures in the bedrooms it made it harder to see well in those areas.The last thing that we really appreciated was the long driveway for our extra long trailer.Thanks again for the stay!

Cozy home with dune access

Great place to stay if u are looking for a home with dune access. Home is cozy. Comfy beds nice views from back deck of lake. Home is well stocked with necessities Would definitely stay again. Only suggestion if u like extra pillows and blankets bring your own. Bedding on beds is all there is. Hope to come back very soon.

Cozy but spacious

Great location. Right around the corner from a sand entrance to the dunes. Didn’t have time to use the fire pit but would have like to. Also would have like to use the boats.

I absolutely love this neighborhood as it is ORV friendly you can ride through the neighborhood into the dunes from the house. Everyone's very nice in the neighborhood and the house is on a lake who can ask for more. You can be at the lake in less than 10 minutes you can be at the ocean.

This house is very unique as it sits on a lake and right across the street is more lake it's a 360 view of the lake. It's on its very own peninsula. It has direct dune access from the house as the neighborhood is ORV friendly. You can be hanging out at home at the lake and 10 minutes later you can be hanging out in the dunes or at the ocean.
