Kids have enjoy the pool for long hours! Are room where perfect and everybody of our party loved the house and whaere sad to leave...

Great Experience

The property was very spacious, more than enough room for our family of five, did not even utilize one of the bedrooms! Great location centralized in the center of the island so it was easy to get to all of our favorite locations.

Big n beautiful

Room for everyone and nicely done. Plenty of kitchen equipment, tv’s, comfortable beds. Lots of space to get together or be alone. Close to everything. Beach was a 10 minute walk. We used the rental golf cart often and enjoyed that. Pool and hot tub were perfect! Pretty house. Thank you!

Amazing property!!! We had an absolute blast! Centrally located, nothing on the island was too far away and the beach was easy to access with no problems parking close either. Property had all the amenities needed to enjoy our week immensely!The only issues were; the bedroom on the top floor with the bunk room had a cooling issue. It was pretty warm even at night. We solved it by keeping the master bedroom (which was cool) door open and put a fan in the doorway of the problem room pulling cool air from the master bedroom in. Another issue was that guests have no access to the elevator, even though it’s listed. My husband has a steel rod in his leg that makes bending it and raising it very difficult. We adapted because we had to and didn’t let it ruin our vacation. Also having a 6 and 8 seater golf carts delivered and blocking half the driveway for more than an hour before check out while we were loading up was a pain. Luckily half our party left early or it would have been impossible. Definitely not the property owners fault, but not cool on the golf cart business side.Overall though, we loved the property and would definitely stay here again!!

Family Vacay

House is great.Wish they had a bathroom off pool,,then people would not have to trail up the stairs ...wet.....to use the bathroom..big issue..also a refrigerator would be most helpful near pool. You could just keep it inside garage.......

Could have gone better

The property was comfortable for the family and very spacious, especially the access to an elevator for the elders. Management company can do better by ensuring property's amenities are in full working condition before renting. Day 1 furniture covers at the main floor were filthy dirty, the jet tub was not functioning and minifridge on the top floor was not working and finally, termite dust was falling at the edge of the tub. We contacted the management company during the week for all these issues and while they sent their staff every time half of the issues were not solved (jet tub and fridge) and we never received an apology for all the inconvenience we went thru.

While we strive to have every home in perfect condition, we sometimes fall short ~ and all we can do is try our best to fix any issues that arise. We did have the cleaner come over the day after your check in to take care of the furniture covers. Items such as jetted tubs and appliances are sometimes outside the scope of our maintenance team's expertise and require that outside vendors be called. It is not always possible to get an immediate appointement. Hopefully the full-sized fridge was sufficient for your needs during the week you were here. Again, thank you for letting us know about your stay.

What an unbelievable place!!! We loved every minute of our stay. The place was so cute and comfy and clean and well stocked with all the necessities. Communication with the host was wonderful. The walk to the beach wasn’t too bad. We would definitely chose to stay here again next time we come back to Anna Maria!

Quiet and great home for multiple families.

We had two families - total of 9 people stay for one week in this home! Everyone had their own personal spaces, but we also had plenty of space to spend time together. This neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. A golf cart or bicycle ride away from the shopping or the beach. We had an amazing stay and made great memories! Thank you! Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We love hearing how well the home worked for your group, having both space to come together and room for everyone to unwind is exactly what makes those stays so special. It's wonderful to know you enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood and the easy access to the beach and shops, that balance really makes a difference. Unforgettable Family Vacation with OUAB- Mango Bay

From start to finish, the staff at Once Upon A Beach was nothing short of amazing! Everyone was very efficient and effective in their communication. We had very specific questions to ensure that our medically complex daughter would also be able to participate and enjoy the home. Staff was very helpful and accommodating! Mango Bay was a beautiful home with a gorgeous kitchen that had more kitchen gadgets/appliances than I have in my full kitchen at home! The home was spotless and provided the essentials for cleaning up dinner the first night after we arrived. The kids loved the bunk beds, enjoyed many games of ping pong and the pool kept them entertained for hours! They actually preferred being at the pool over the beach! The house was stocked with ALL the beach gear for a large family which made our days with young kiddos at the beach, so much easier! Sometime when traveling with young kids, 5 of them, parents feel like it's more work than it is at home. However, Mango Bay and the staff at Once Upon A Beach made it possible for us parent to feel relaxed enough to enjoy a much needed vacation as well! Our family is forever grateful to have been able to stay in this beautiful home and make memories that will last a lifetime!

Just wonderful

This is a big house, with a swimming pool, hot tub, screened-in balconies on the second and third floors, beautiful landscaping, and a very short walk to the beach. There's even an elevator, so we didn't have to lug the luggage up and down stairs!
