An open floor plan villa for easy living!
A perfect venue for the dream getaway. A beautifully appointed second floor, open floor plan one bedroom villa in the heart of Kiawah Island. Step inside this villa to hardwood floors, artwork, and an updated kitchen stocked for a chef. The spacious living area offers 180 degree lagoon views from the dining room and enclosed sunroom which gives this villa an open feel and more living space. This villa is a truly majestic place to have coffee or cocktails in the sunroom while enjoying nature in the lagoon, regardless of the season. The living room and sunroom have plenty of seating for guests or for a couple to lounge and relax. The bedroom has room for a sitting area and a king size bed. This villa is within 15 minutes walk or a 5 minute bike ride to the beach. Turtle Point Golf Course, The Sanctuary, and East Village Town Market are all within a 5-10 minute walk or bike ride for ease. You are positioned steps from the bike path for enjoyment of all of the activity Kiawah has to offer. End unit is peaceful and quiet. Linens, towels, and a starter kit of laundry and dishwashing needs provided. Grab your books or gadgets (wifi included), relaxing clothes, and a bottle of wine and enjoy!

We couldn’t get the code to work when we arrived, but contacted the host and she answered right away and helped us. It was also 12:30am!! She was wonderful and very nice even though we woke her up!

The villa is beautifully decorated and very well appointed with all the things needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the owner and property manager were excellent. They had informative materials in the villa as well as shared them beforehand. This villa had an enclosed former screened porch that expanded the footprint as well as allowed us to view the wildlife activity on the lagoon from air conditioned comfort! Definitely enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

It was a lovely place to stay, but pretty far from the beach compared to other places we have stayed on Kiawah. If the weather had been cooler, that would not have mattered as much. But walking fifteen minutes to the beach with chairs, towels, etc. was rather tiring in the heat and humidity.Renting bicycles is a great way to enjoy the island and appreciate the natural environment. I highly recommend it!

Yes, we are a 15 minute walk to the beach. I appreciate your comments and I am sorry for any inconvenience. I would recommend renting a trailer to go with the bikes to carry your beach supplies next time. I hope you continue to come back and enjoy Kiawah!

Great location

We loved our stay here. You are centrally located close to the Sanctuary and the tennis courts. You are also a quick walk to Turtle Point.

This villa was wonderful. It was so pleasant and welcoming. Suzanne provided some welcoming island treats along with a handwritten note. The villa is so tasteful and relaxing. There is a lot of attention to detail to make the stay comfortable, easy, and enjoyable. I hope to be able to come again soon!
