Spacious quaint cottage w/ lots of open space. Located walking distance to downtown Ocean Springs for restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, and museums. Large kitchen if want to make your own southern dishes. The beach is a close 5-minute drive to a gorgeous sunset nearby or 10 minutes to casino entertainment in Biloxi. Children in tow? walk just down the street to Quakes ice cream parlor. Our property is also pet friendly with a fenced in yard.

Great place to stay!!

Great place to stay in Oxean Springs! The house is wonderful! It is clean, spacious, and welcoming. Hosts are wonderful to work with. Would definitely go back and recommend.

Weekend Stay

This was a very clean and felt like home getaway stay. We loved the convenience to downtown stores and dining options. The train did come through more than I expected during the night, but other than that, perfect and convenient location.

Not sure which was more space or great amenities

These hosts are great. The cabin is super spacious, well decorated and in a great location. Amenities included spacious backyard for our pups, record player with LPs, games and full size washer and dryer. Location is awesome

Nice place.

The property was in a nice area, it was very clean and decorated nicely. The train was a bit annoying and kept waking everyone up. There wasn’t much to do in the area, I think we just showed up too early in the season. It’s a short drive to New Orleans and Fairhope, AL-we loved both!

Overall the property was nice, the inside not as clean as you would expect, the train directly across the street is loud, from midnight to 6 am train passed by 4 times. House is in good location with short distance from Ocean Springs downtown area.

Weekend escape

We loved this place. Everything was perfect down to the last tiny detail. It was beautiful. The location was perfect. The train comes thru multiple times a day and night but it did not bother us. It was very spacious and we loved the fenced back yard. We plan on making this a monthly trip.

The cottage layout was great for our group of five. The kitchen had everything needed for meal prep and cooking. The shower had great water pressure. The front porch was plenty big for the kids to play on. Bed were very comfortable. The Roku had all of the popular streaming services. The cottage is a little out of walking distance from downtown for me and my wife (we're old), but the price was right. Highly recommend it!

Really nice house

Very clean, spacious cottage, close to downtown os and beach. Large parking, big plus for big trucks. Train does run alot at night, after the 1st night you get a little used to it. Owners forgot to send key code. Had to call after arrival for it, but it was good . Immediate response. Mistakes happen. We are all human. Great stay.

Weekend getaway

Party of 3 adults came to visit family in Biloxi for a long weekend. This house is 2 bedroom 1 bath, but the rooms are all spacious and the ceilings are very high so we were very comfortable and had plenty of room to move. We didn’t cook but the kitchen is also very large. The location of this house is very close to downtown Ocean Springs. It is definitely within walking distance or you could rent a golf cart! Biloxi and the casinos are an easy 10-15 minute drive. As other reviews mentioned, the train tracks are within a stones throw of the house so you hear the trains a few times a day, however, if you have children that like trains it would be a very cool adventure to stay here! Overall, we would stay again!

Fun Arts Community

The house was charming, clean, and centrally located to the Arts District, shopping and great restaurants. The Hosts were responsive and considerate. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great little spot not far from downtown Ocean Springs. Spacious living area & kitchen. Only downside is the train tracks honestly, otherwise really good stay!

Roomy and incredibly clean cottage

This cottage was perfect for our family of 4. The cottage was one of the cleanest rentals we have ever stayed in. The cottage is just how it’s pictured on VRBO. The rooms are huge and there is a nice large family/dining room open space. The location of the cottage was perfect for us. Restaurants, a grocery store, and beaches are 5 minutes away. Biloxi was less than 15 minutes. The host was very informative giving us a list of favorite restaurants and things to do in the area. There is a train that runs across the street but it was not bothersome and would not be a deterrent to rent this cottage again. This was a great place to stay in Ocean Springs.

Pleasant stay

The home was great. Two BRs and full-sized kitchen, bath, LR, and DR. Well stocked. Nice front porch with rockers. Great fenced-in back yard for dogs. Close to town, but not really "walking distance" (a mile?). Great dinner at Maison de Lu. Private. Quiet -- except for the freight trains that come 3-4 times a day (and occasionally at night) and blow their horns. If you are not used to being around trains, it might be a shock. We actually find the rumble and the road crossing signals (two long, one short and one long) quaint, even romantic. This home is in a town, not in the countryside, so expect more noise and lights. Ocean Springs itself is charming. Also, it's worth the short drive over the bridge to Biloxi. Visit the Katrina Memorial, the Visitors Center, Jefferson Davis' home on the far side - it sheds a different light on his role in the Civil War. Enjoy CS -- we did.

Our favorite thing to do is to walk Government street on a warm summer night listening to music and sampling food & drink from the variety of small restaurants and pubs.
