Just be aware that there are stairs going down to the house. And stairs to every bedroom. Otherwise excellent property. Beautiful view of the lake and sunrise. Comfortable deck and seating area.

Great cozy space. The tree line has grown so during our stay it blockes most of the lake view during the summer but the scenery is still beautiful and relaxing. The space is very comfortable, the kitchen has every appliances you need, and it was nicely stocked. The bedding was comfortable, plenty of towels, plenty of blankets. Every room has a TV and an AC. We really enjoyed sitting outside on the bedroom balcony overlooking the tree canopy and lake side. There was only 1 small grocer and luckily he had a wide selection of international food options.

This place was wonderful. It’s also really quiet even though it’s surrounded by other houses. Since it’s set down from the road. You forget there is others around you. Also the host scrambled at the last minute for us to make sure it was ready. We had another place that fell through 2 days before checkin. And this was really the only thing available that fit our needs. And we were so happy with it.

Well equipped lake house

We were very impressed with the property. The home was clean, the view was beautiful, and the owners have provided everything you could need for a great stay.

Bethel Trip 2025

Property was in a lovely area. It is up a narrow hill so you need to be very careful. We booked this area because of all the different bethel tours which was a central location to them all.

Great location for hiking

This is a great property in a great location. The problem we had was a sewer smell coming from the upstairs bathroom. Our host was very good at communicating about the problem. The plumber was arriving the day we left so hopefully the issue is fixed.

We were in NY for a January wedding. Omnia went above and beyond for our stay. We unfortunately ended up at her home through a blizzard. She did whatever we asked to help us prepare and get through it. We ended having a lovely time. She is one of the most responsive hosts I’ve ever had. I would definitely rent from her again. The kitchen is very well stocked even spices and every small appliance you can think of. The fire place was wonderful and created a lovely atmosphere. There are supplemental radiator heaters that kept the house more than adequately warm. I’m going to purchase one for my home now.

Our stay

Beautiful view of the lake, well equipped home with very well thought out kitchen gadgets, espresso machine, water cooler and more! Updated kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms. Looks like some renovations still under way. More than adequate parking for a group of 7 or 8. Owner was very responsive to any questions. She was wonderful to work with.

Disappointed

Overall we did enjoy our stay but we did find that the house was not as clean as we would have hoped. There were mouse feces in drawers as well as in the main foyer area. There were dead bugs smashed on the walls, a lot of dust especially in the bathroom vent. There was an awful stench coming from the upstairs area which we think was a dead mouse based on the droppings found. We did let the homeowner know about the cleanliness of the house just so they knew that their housekeeper wasn't doing what they are paid to do. If the house was clean and the smell was gone we would've given a much better rating. The homeowner seemed upset about the fact that we let them know about the cleanliness. We've stayed in many VRBO houses and this one was definitely not our favorite based on the look, smell, and homeowners response. We followed all end of stay directions that were provided in the binder and text we received.

Unfortunately Brian was making up all this fake accusations to make me pay him the cleaning fees back plus he extended his stay for one week more and left without paying $500 balance moreover he left the house in miserables, it came to me later that he was using my house as a shelter for his construction workers who turned the house into industrial junk . I would never accept him again

Inside property was very clean and comfortable. We did a last minute booking and appreciated the booking.The view of the lake was beautiful. The temperature dropped and the house was cold and space heaters were provided. The only suggestion that i have is a hair dryer needs to be provided. Communication with the host was excellent.
