Beautiful condo

This was our 3rd stay at Sea Watch. We love the property. This condo was GREAT. It had a wrap around balcony. It was clean, spacious and well stocked. We would definitely stay again.

Family Vacation

We had a very short stay due to the tropical storm from hurricane Debbie. This place was very nice and a perfect location. We will be going back next year.

Wonderful

We loved this condo. The furniture was comfortable, the rooms had plenty of space and the view was amazing. The only complaint would be the beds were quite hard. Otherwise this was an amazing place to stay. Thank you!

Overall great time

Overall we had a great time- location was wonderful and having the beach & pool right there made things easier with a baby. Balcony was huge and a had a great view. There were a few things that could have been better such as the cleanliness of the floor (sand was not swept/mopped when we checked in), king bed has huge dips like the other reviews mentioned and the AC vent in the larger room did not cool like the rest of the unit, kitchen light bulbs were old & flickering and air filter looked like it had never been replaced as it was hanging off. However all in all, place is great for a family with the amenities and shopping only a few min away.

Great place to stay with great views

Property was very nice, loved the ocean view, multiple pools, lazy river, and even hot tubs. Would have preferred check in/check out to be at resort vs having to go to a separate location for both. Also didn’t like having to make a trip to Walmart for toilet paper and trash bags. When paying this amount, I feel like those small things could have been provided.

May consider again.

We enjoyed our stay while my grandson was playing at the Cal Ripken Experience. However the Wi-Fi log in and password did not work. The bedding was not clean. I had to wash/scrub frying pan before using. The food came off so not sure if it was washed in the dishwasher from previous use or not. Lazy river in our tower was not available for a couple days in our tower but my grandkids enjoyed the pool. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing View

We absolutely loved our time at this unit. The balcony provides a view of the whole property nearly. The view of the beach and sky was beautiful. We booked it again for later this year! My only complaint is having to drive so far to get the keys and return the keys. Other units have a lockbox in the unit and that would have made things much much better. Other than that it was a 10/10!

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is in a great location and right on the beach. There was plenty of space for four of us adults, which was nice. It will accommodate more, but the bathrooms are pretty small. It worked well for us.

Would Stay Again

This condo was perfect for us! The property has several pools and hot tubs. We never text crowded. It’s in an excellent location to Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets and Walmart.

Beautiful views! Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at SeaWatch resort for several years. The property is a great location and the amenities are awesome with all the pools and hot tubs. This review mimics many of the others I read before our trip but thought it couldn’t be that bad, but all reviews were right on point. The condo had amazing views and overall felt clean. However when we went to go to bed the first night we discovered the comforters had stains on them. This brought on a little caution to the actual cleanliness. The shower and sinks had mold around the faucets. The coffee pot, which was a cheap Walmart coffee pot from early 2000, was very stained and moldy on the inside. Being a cheap pot, they should have just tossed it for a new one. Same for the alarm clock; the base had broken off and someone tried to superglue it back, unsuccessfully. Just toss it, who uses those anymore anyway. The bed in the master bedroom was terrible. It was sunken down in both spots where you lay and raised in the middle. The tv’s were a joke. Not one remote worked. I think my girls’ tablets were bigger than the one in the queen guest room. We did have to drive to the realty office for check-in, which I was prepared for. It was really pointless as I signed a paper I had already signed electronically, they took my cc information and wrote it down on carbon copy paper like it was 1980, and gave me physical keys to keep up with all week. They could streamline this process and come back into 2023. Overall we enjoyed our stayed but won’t be choosing this particular condo for future stays.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The staff at North Beach Realty was very helpful. We arrived several hours before check-in time at 4pm and stopped by their office. I'm glad we did because they gave us the parking passes and pool wristbands so we could enter Sea Watch while we waited for the unit to be ready. And at 4pm, we didn't need to wait in the long check-in line - we went to a separate desk and go our keys in only a few minutes.We stay at Sea Watch every year but this is the first time in this specific unit. The unit is very nice. It has apparently been remodeled in the last year. The remodel is done very well. The unit is clean. The balcony is large and include beach stuff like boogie boards, etc. The resort is in a great location. No major complaints.Only a couple small negatives: 1. The kitchen is a bit small even for this 3 bedroom condo configuration. We've stayed in a couple other 3 BR condos at Sea Watch and they are all this type of galley kitchen - but this one is a bit smaller than the others. So much so that more than 1 person in the kitchen is crowded.2. The unit uses a traditional key for the door. An electronic lock with a code would be more convenient.3. The TV in the queen bedroom is unbelievably small. Small than many modern computer monitors - not an exageration.

Loved South Tower 807!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was great! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware; the furniture was well suited for the beach and comfy. The location in the South Tower was great for views and loved the number of chairs for all of us.

Perfect location

We enjoyed our stay and this condo worked out very well for us. We did have to clean the fridge and wash dishes before we were able to use them. We enjoyed the wrap around balcony and thought the location was perfect.

My family travels a lot and are VRBO spoiled. The location of this property is perfect. Right down the road from Tanger and far away from the super hustle bustle of South Myrtle. Issues: 1) check in information is not communicated through VRBO at all!! Look for an email from North Beach Realty. Once found, their app and instructions were amazing. I just did not know that I needed to look out for an email from them. I spent 30 min at the property frustrated with their registration staff prior to finding this out. VRBO'ers are acclimated to emails through the app OR regular registration at the property. 2) The tubs. The hallway bathrooms shower needs a bit of a trick to work and the shower rod in the master bath is grosley rusted. 3) There IS a slump in the masterbed. The mattress needs to be replaced. 4) The bedroom TVs are extremely small and awkwardly situated. I mean really small. The first bedroom's TV is maybe 15 inches.... maybe. I mean my computer monitor is larger. The TV in the second bedroom can be seen only from one of the beds. If you enjoy TV as part of your relaxation, take that into consideration. A lot of pros here too! The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware, the beach view is stunning, the pools are wonderful. Outside of their control - the arcade room is stingy and outdated. The resort uses it as a storage room... there were vacuume cleaners stored in there. The exercise room was deplorable. Old machinery with 3 inches of dust. Only 1 of everything and each are at least 10 years old. Their on-site restaurant was overpriced considering their shallow buffet offerings. Would I stay here again??? I would stay in the area but not in this condo/resort. Not worth the nearly $1200 paid for 3 days. I've paid equitably and experienced far better. Happy vacationing folks!!

Incredible location and views at an unbeatable price

I was prepared for the quirks based on other reviews, so we knew what to expect. The King bed really does have a slump on one side, so we too stopped sleeping there. None of the outlets in the kitchen seem to work. The dryer leaves rust marks on clothes, but once we came home, they came out in our washer. The walls to the inside and outside were scrapes up and the place looked like it could use a little work? Pickup of keys is several miles away, but we were there to explore, so we didn't mind. When we picked up, they were closed and just had to open their drop box outside. When we dropped off, they instantly greeted us. Now for the good part... literally none of that stuff matters. It's at SeaWatch with a gazillion pools and hot tubs, close to everything. The deck is enormous and the views are unreal. Because it faces North, there's spots with shade then full shade starting early. I still had to work remote for the duration of our stay, so sitting out on the balcony in a chair watching the ocean was the best office I could ever ask for. It looks like the place just sold in July and they furnished it with cheap 2nd hand items. It is what it is, but book it for the location and views!

seawatch is just a great facility , have stayed there many times and it never disappoints

really enjoyed our stay in this unit , no issues to speak of, clean and comfortable . would stay again , north beach realty was great to deal with also .
