Fantastic property in great location

I’ve stayed at this property several times and it is always a pleasure. The place is a lovely location right in downtown and has a warm cozy feel to it. It is always a great place to stay when I’m in Aiken.

This charming condo was such a cute surprise, right in the middle of downtown. Very clean and comfortable with everything our family needed. Communication with the owner was great!

Horse Show Weekend

This loft apartment was the cutest place ever. I stayed for the weekend with my two daughters and it was the perfect location, walking distance to restaurants and shops. Parking was easy out front. The apartment was pristine. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay over Thanksgiving

We were in town to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday with our family that lives in Aiken. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this amazing downtown location. Beautifully decorated, fully stocked kitchen, and so comfortable. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Location is PERFECT!

My adult daughter competed at Bruce’s Field this weekend and the location was within 10 minutes (drive). So many shops and restaurants to walk to, which was so nice! Very close to a park with trails if you are a runner or simply want to walk in nature. Kitchen has the most variety of pots, pans and gadgets I’ve ever had in a rental, even though we didn’t cook. The address is different than what was sent to is, and we were not given information about checking in except for the door code, thus the 3 star for checkin….we were given very limited instructions for checking in, including not knowing where to park and where the actual location was:…thank goodness I recognized from the pictures there were steps up to the location. We never heard from the hosts, which some may prefer, but we thought this was strange and unfriendly, especially since there was the confusion about parking (on the street? Do we have to pay?) when we arrived at 11 pm. The doorknob on one of the bedrooms kept falling off, but otherwise, everything worked and we thoroughly enjoyed reading in the living room with the French doors open. Listing says the place sleeps 6, but two would be on the sofa bed and those two would hear the street noise traffic and music coming from the Alley across the street. We could not hear that noise in the bedrooms and the beds were comfy. Bed coverings were very comfortable as well.

Downtown Southern Charm Stunner

The location can’t be beat - it’s right in the heart of downtown with a balcony overlooking The Alley which is my favorite place to shop and stroll… close to great restaurants, The Woods, and everything else that makes downtown Aiken so exquisitely unique. I will most definitely stay again! Also, it is worth noting how beautifully decorated the space is in every way — tasteful and elegant. The wall paper is so pretty, and the hosts are kind and accommodating. I highly recommend booking this lovely one-of-a-kind getaway.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Horse scouting trip

Stayed here while trying out horses. Perfect spot. My trainer and I (both women) felt very comfortable here walking to and from restaurants. Parking was a dream right out front. The place was super clean. The snacks and coffee setup were appreciated! Loved it!

Weekend stay in Aiken

Great location and beautiful home. Love the balcony overlooking Laurens St. Directly across from the Alley and walking distance to everything downtown We visit Aiken regularly and would definitely consider staying here again

The place is nicely decorated and clean. The location is great, just steps from restaurants and shops. The kitchen is well supplied with spices and laundry detergents, dish soaps, etc.

Perfect spot for the Masters

We stayed at this spot to attend the Masters on Sunday and it was absolutely perfect. 10/10 recommend staying here. The apartment looks exactly as advertised. Beautiful high ceilings, well decorated. The king bed was incredibly comfy. Fun spot in Aiken, we just walked to dinner both nights. We will absolutely stay here again when we come back down for the Masters in years to come.

Awesome Place!

The location is so perfect! A ton of shops restaurants and bars right on the same street and cool downtown area! The place was very clean and had a really cool atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Best VRBO Experience

This apartment is exactly as advertised and more. So comfortable and so much charm and the location cannot be beat. Right in the heart of Aiken downtown, literally walk out of the door and you are there. Some terrific shops and eateries. Great stay would stay again. Owner was terrific.

Lovely apt. in a great location

This is a perfect place to stay if you want to explore downtown Aiken, as it's right one of the main streets. The place feels spacious and has a large library, which is fun to peruse if you are a book lover like me. The kitchen is well equipped and there's a table large enough to have 2-3 guests for dinner. Also, comfortable king sized bed. We would definitely stay here again. :-)

Horsing around in Aiken

Beautiful property, this is my second stay here. I come down to ride my horse who is down in Aiken for training in the winter months. Everything is always neat and tidy, the apartment has a lovely homey feel, it’s light and bright and well kept. The stairs going up to it could be tough if someone has knee or leg issues, but it’s a lovely place and right in the heart of downtown so an easy walk to dinners and shops.

Great downtown spot

My daughters and I loved staying in this apartment with so much southern character/charm. We were able to walk to fun dinners and super easy drive to Highfields and Bruce's Field. We will be back.

Perfect downtown Aiken loft!

This was a perfect stay right downtown within walking distance of all we needed. The apartment was clean and beautiful. We will definitely be back for another weekend getaway!
