Very clean, nice apartment

The apartment was one of the cleanest home rentals I've been at! Honestly, the exterior of the apartments weren't in great shape, but it wasn't in an unsafe area or anything and the actual rental itself was excellent!

Better/ Cheaper than a hotel!

Very easy check in, very clean, great amenities and an awesome host! If we're ever in Midland again, we would stay here again.

Great Weekend

The property manager was absolutely great. Communication was quick and clear. The neighborhood is an older apartment complex which is the only surprise we experienced. The apartment was renovated and spotless. There were plenty of supplies and we were close to places to eat or shop. Overall great experience and I would recommend.

Better than a motel

I would definitely recommend this place. Very quiet neighborhood, very clean and neat. I will return.

Super nice interior place. Clean and comfortable. Sweet dog items too, making Zipper feel welcome too!! Perfect for us passing through.

Very home feeling

Very clean place and always taking care of the pets things. The appearance when pulling up might frighten you but everyone around is very nice. Very well equipped for soap and snacks , every thing needed for a home. We sure enjoy the place.

Cute and cozy

The space was welcoming and comfortable!! We felt like we were home away from home. The host was extremely helpful. I left some items behind and she sent them right away.

Strong Perume

Place was great and clean and adorable but could not stay there due to very very strong scented glade plug ins. Tried to remove them but could not get the very strong smell out.

What a nice little simple place.

This felt like home to me and wife. Very comfortable and very clean. Communication was awesome with owner and super nice and responsive. Very simple and nice place to stay. Loved it and will come back for sure again. Very pet friendly owner. The dog even said thank you as well. 😉

A pleasant layover in Midland

All the basics are here. The apartment was clean and cooled for our arrival. We were happy to have more space than a hotel room would have provided. We also appreciated the ground floor entry.

Our condo is truly made for a comfortable stay, home away from home. We have traveled alot with kids sports and try to implement what we would like. A full kitchen and washer and dryer are key for those long stays, but our unit is still comfy and welcoming for those passing through.
