we have 2 full bedrooms apartment, another huge living room with 2 sofa beds up to 8 persons in total if needed but ideal for 2-6 persons, With a nice balcony with square view and total of 5 balconies , you will love this apartment in the heart of Madrid if you like to live the city. We installed 4-glasses (double double glasses) in 2024 to avoid noise from the outside so you can enjoy perfectly in the heart of the city

If you are an urban animal and like the vibe of Madrid this is the perfect place for you! 105 SM of luxury (1130 SFT) - with double double glasses to keep your quiet in the place but being in the total center of the city!

Very comfortable apartment in a perfect location

My friends and I stayed here for Madrid Pride this year. The location is unbeatable - right in the heart of downtown in the Chueca neighborhood. The apartment was the perfect size for our group of 5 people. Would stay here again.

The internet was great. No issues getting access. We streamed movies and were able to access email no issues.

Big, clean and great location

Amazing location, big bright 2 bed 2 bath with balcony, kitchen / washer, no dryer and plenty of room. Host is great. Nightclub downstairs plays music till late hours, have an extra drink at dinner.

Thank you - I am sorry about the noise we explained to you to close all double-double special windows that we installed - You insist to sleep with open windows. We are in super center area, as you know and noise could be avoid only by closing all windows!

Excellent location for walking to many sites in Madrid. Very close to Metro. Lots of life and activity in the neighborhood. Street noise, yes, but shutting the windows really provides a quiet retreat. Very comfortable for the 6 of us (one couple used the sofa bed). Great base for exploring Madrid! Property manager was great and very responsive.

Dear Mt. Kenan , I am sorry for your feelings while you were staying with us. You were asked to short your stay and get a refund and we refused. I am aware of that sometimes people change theur plans but we are not a big hotel and we can not give refunds or shorter stays. I hope next time you will have a better experience. Blackmailing home owners is not the way and I am sorry VRBO keep your bad review.

In the heart of things!

We had a fantastic 2 week stay in this lovely spacious flat just 2 minutes walk away from the busy Gran Via and its shop and metro. You are surrounded by bars, restaurants and there is a convenient Carrefour supermarket 3 minutes away for all necessities. The street can be noisy at night particularly at weekends but this is inevitable when you are in the heart of the lively Chueca district. Our hosts were just a phone call away and happy to assist with any request for information. In all, a delightful trip and would recommend.

A comfortable, clean and spacious place to stay in Madrid

I am very happy that I booked this apartment for me and my partner's stay in Madrid. We were hesitant at first about the location, but it turned out that the location is unbeatable - close to several metro stations, one of which is perhaps the most central in the city of Gran Via, the neighborhood is bustling with life, full of restaurants, bars and many other things to do that are very close. Despite all this, the apartment itself is surprisingly quiet, there are windows that seal out the outside happenings, and inside the house it was quiet and pleasant. It was pleasant thanks to the air conditioner that worked flawlessly, the cleanliness at a high level, the apartment itself is very spacious and the amenities are of a high standard and you can see that thought was put into everything. The communication with the owner of the apartment was convenient and easy, as were the explanations he sent regarding the way to enter the apartment. Highly recommended, and we will definitely return the next time we visit the area.

Super center, quiet luxury place

We have been to so many short term apartments and never stayed in a better place. This apartment is located super central, and it is still very quiet with the double glasses that are installed in the house. We stayed in June, and were afraid of noise before arriving because this is the most central place in Chueca, Madrid, but eventually we were lucky to book this place. Every detail in the apartment itself was taken care very seriously, from the amenities in the shower to the comfortable beds, letting our family stay in style on our vacation. The host was super nice to explain about the blinds and the special gift on arrival (we got snacks and a bottle of sparkling fine Spanish Cava), and in general the service was extremely professional. They have a team of people willing to help in any need (we asked for early check in and got it for free). One more thing to know: there are 2 bathrooms and showers in the place, one of them is super spoiling. We will be back for sure.

Fin dal primo momento in cui abbiamo prenotato l’host si è dimostrato super disponibile a darci qualsiasi tipo di info, anche sulle serate che ci sarebbero state a capodanno. In pieno Chueca l’appartamento è in una posizione fantastica, nel cuore di Madrid a due passi dallla Gran Via e da qualsiasi locale. Abbiamo lasciato un pezzo di cuore in quell’appartamento

This apartment is located in the heart of chueca in Madrid - the square of Pedro Zerolo, it is 2 minutes walking from Gran Via - shopping area, Casino, the big theatres, few minutes walking from Puerta de Sol and Plaza espana. All the main restaurants, bars, metro stations and more are whit win walking distance. If you come in the summer for concerts, in the spring for shopping, or in the winter for football or shopping - you will not find a better location to be in, and feel the city. From restaurants to bars, for gay or straight people, this property is for everyone.

The apartment is super big with nice dining area, 5 balconies and great living room. We have a/c all over the place - it's very rare in Spain - because we know how a posh vacation should be like. All our materials for sleeping were bought in the best places in Europe, including high class 5 hotels like towels and sheets for your perfect sleep and stay.

In our kitchen you will find besides the Espresso machine and kettle for other coffee or tea also all the equipment to make yourself a nice dinner or breakfast at home, served on a table for up to 10 persons.
